Hertz Appliance answered my request for quote for a Bosch Speed Oven repair within the hour. I had a quick exchange with Lucie about appointment times and she had one of their technicians come visit our house in a few hours. They used an app called Housecall, which let me know ahead of time that Russell, the technician was en route. Russell was very polite and friendly, and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He arranged for the faulty part to be procured and was back in 2 days to install the new part when it became available. They charged me for the part and that was it. They take check and credit cards for sure - can't remember if cash was okay.

To sum it up Hertz Appliance did a great job on solving my problem quickly and efficiently.

This summer I almost die!
Our AC stopped to work! Could you imagine past summer without AC?
Me -not.
As far as we've got this problem we started to search for companies who can help us to fix it.
Some of them didn't pick up the phone. Others didn't have time to schedule the appointment with us, so finally we found HERTZ who literally saved me and my family
They were fast and professional!

extremely happy with the service with Russel from the Hertz. My AC is not cooling and I made an appointment for the SAME day with russel when other places told me the next appointment is two months later. Come on, summer is over by then. Not saying that he is not busy, but he does find time to help you. Anyways, Hertz/Russel is very professional and his price is extremely reasonable. You will not go wrong with Hertz !

Russell was the first to respond in less than 10mins when I inquired for the repair. He showed up within the promised time with an ETA text. Diagnosed the failure, found the replacement part which required for him to pick up before the weekend. He returned within 1 hour on a Friday afternoon traffic. We are selling our house and we the rangetop exhaust fan did not work. Russell came right out and attempted to repair the fan mechanism.. He found a broken motor assembly that had to be replaced. He ordered the part and came back out on a Sunday to install. But he discovered the problems were much bigger than that and utltimately could not repair the unit.

Even though he worked on the unit for 4+ hours over the 2 days and had to order a special part, he only charged me for the priority shipping costs for the part. He refunded my part deposit and did not charge me for labor ... at all ""because he couldn't repair it"". Not many people like that around anymore.

Russell is a person/small business owner that has integrity and has a work ethic and business philosophy that is absolutely amazing. I would trust him implicitly for any appliance repair which he takes on. He is what American small business is all about.

It was past 9 pm on a Sunday night when I jumped on Yelp to find someone to come repair my dryer! Russell came out the next day within the time window he gave me. He was polite and professional and had my dryer up and running again. He also cleaned it out for me! Highly recommend

Russell was fabulous - prompt - great communicator - and really nice. Totally on time for each repair service with text communications and ability to track when he was on his way. Being a working mom this was so far and above any other Appliance repair group I phoned. The 4 hour wait times that others impose are ridiculous.

Refrigerator was fixed and working in no time!
