Scheduled for virtual estimate on X day. Showed up (virtual estimate) on the wrong day. Apologized, and agreed to meet on correct day. Then... flaked on the correct day, even after being contacted the day of.

I sent out a bid request to multiple electrical contractors for proposals on my need for 208 Volt 3-phase wiring for industrial mixing equipment. Electric Heroes responded quickly and setup a virtual consultation to review the requirements and layout. Robert from Electric Heroes and I covered the particulars with a Zoom call utilizing our cell phone cameras to review the site. The estimate arrived the next business day, and was quite favorable to the other quotations I received. I worked out payment terms with Ana, sent a PO, and we scheduled the work for a couple of days later.

Brayan arrived with a mask on and was very cordial and professional as we discussed the job. He started working and of course there were a few unanticipated things to take care of. Brayan made a trip to the Home Depot a mile away for the necessary parts, and the job was finished in one day as originally planned. He even helped us for no charge to wire up a 3rd machine that was already in place, but we didn't have the correct connectors. Thanks, Brayan!

I will definitely call Electric Heroes back the next time I need some electrical work done and ask for Brayan again. Professional work at a good price!

We had Roberto complete some electrical work in our home. We wanted to center an existing ceiling mount light fixture directly above our dining table. The process began with a virtual meeting where he explained how to best achieve our goal and he provided a free estimate. He was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Roberto arrived on time and was able to complete the project without making unwanted holes in our walls, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely use Roberto from Electric Heroes again for future electrical projects.

Idan: I appreciate you taking time to response to my feedback. I didn't have issue with what you quoted you would do, but I have feedback on HOW they were done. e.g. I did not have any problem with the hole not being patched. I did not write that as a problem in my feedback. What you left out (outlet mounted upside down and didn't clean up after the job is done) was interesting.

As for the EV charger, you told me that it is not within your capacity to pull the permit, which you initially recommended for the work. Why would I decide to go ahead with it?

Robert was great! He showed up on time and did excellent work. Our house was built in '58 and through several owners, questionable work was done to the place, one of which was the sunroom, living room and master bedroom was on a single circuit thus causing overloading quite often. Robert was cautious due to covid-19. When he came and did the quote, we did it from outside of the house as I explained it all to him. He showed up for the work day on time and completed all the planned work, while wearing a mask and being cautious. If I have more work in the future, I will definitely go straight to Electric Heroes.

Electric Heroes honestly deserves more than 5 stars. I needed a NEMA 14-50 installed for my electric car charge and reached out to a couple electricians for quotes. Ultimately I decided to go with Electric Heroes for the following reasons:

- Ilana was extremely efficient in responding to the initial inquiry and every follow up. She was polite and truly aimed to please.
- They were super quick in getting me the documentation I needed to submit to HOA. In the time it took to get other electricians to even respond to my inquiry, Ilana had gotten me the license and insurance info -- everything I needed for HOA approval.
- When we had more technical questions, Roberto (the lead electrician) called us right away to answer all of our questions and provide his expertise. It was clear he knew what he was doing when he pointed out some details and considerations that other electricians we spoke with had not.
- They offered a very competitive price compared to other quotes received and were able to get us scheduled during the dates we preferred.

As for the day of the job:
- Julio arrived right on time for our appointment and was courteous while wearing a mask the whole time and maintaining social distance.
- We were running the wiring behind the wall so drywall needed to be cut, but the work was done neat, keeping the holes as small and clean as possible.
- He did a great job overall and completed the installation to our satisfaction.

At the end of the day, what stood out to me about Electric Heroes was their desire to go above and beyond for the client and do everything they can for full satisfaction. No question went unanswered, no request ignored, and they were more flexible in meeting our requests than any other electrician I had spoken to.

I'm a tough Yelper but Electric Heroes definitely won me over and earned my business for this project and future projects.
