I used yelp to find an electrician to fix 3 of my bathroom lighting fixtures for my residence. Many contractors responded immediately, but Electric Heroes was the only contractor who provided an estimate based on the photos I posted showing what was needed. Jamees responded with a quick estimate, while others wanted more information or to call them, I find when I call many do not answer and have to leave a voicemail Which delays the repairs. When I responded to request for a formal quote, the quote came thru on text/email and then we worked on scheduling the same week. Robert came as scheduled to assess what materials are needed to purchase at the hardware store, and came back after an hour to complete the job. He was quick and efficient. I would give 5 stars, but he did not explain my 3 bulb vanity light fixture was not fully functional with only 1 of 3 working, and he recommended to replace the entire unit. When I had a billing question, Ana was very nice to explain and help with my billing, as Electric Heroes efficient processing from quoting, scheduling, to billing was all done electronically and paperless, saving time and saving trees, with keeping good records! Will use them on future needs! I felt secure and comfortable with their servicing although my job was small, they gave me the attention as if my job was a commercial job!

Don't recommend. Unless you like dealing with changing schedules and being treated like a 2nd tier customer.

Had these guys come do a small job outdoors.
First guy came a little late, went to look for parts came back several hours later and ended due to rain.
That was ok... said be back 2 days later. Then when they were supposed to be returning they told me was still too wet...hadn't rained since that first day, so not clear what was the point of scheduling for that day if they couldn't come?

Then I was rescheduled for another 2 days later... a 2nd tech came... 1.5hrs late...and said he needed go get parts... not sure why the first person didn't get all the parts needed on the first day... or any of the days in between...but ok..he went away for around 5 hrs only then to be told he would not return to finish the work that day but instead went to another customer's job...

After ringing the office I was scheduled for the 4th time the next day... after an couple hours work, the tech said he would go for lunch at 10am... only to return 2:40mins later to complete the job... apparently he went to another customers job....

Positive, the job was completed to a good standard, and the estimate process was good. 2 stars for that.

I would still never use these guys again and recommend you don't either.

I have been putting off repairs on my lighting and upgrading my security system at my home. Finally when all the ballasts finally failed it was time to make that call. I called Electric Heroes and they were very cheerful and professional and happy to take on my projects and fit me into their schedule quickly. I have talked to other electrical contractors about my projects and they didn't want to help so I was very happy to find this company who was willing to help and they made some very good recommendations for me for the future. All the work got done and I am very happy with the quality of all the work. And now I can lights so I don't have to cook in the dark. I will be using them exclusively now on my future projects.

Butcher work. Look elsewhere. They've sent some two ""qualified"" kids who did so many things wrong I was stunned how sloppy the new subpanel turned out. MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES all around. Didn't bother to install 15amp breakers, every breaker was 20amp even on 14gauge wires! Wires hanging and touching, and they left one 240v wire loose and not screwed to the breaker at all. this would cause a fire no doubt. Sharp ground wires pressing against neutrals. Panel labeling was a disaster! Later they sent a more senior technician to fix most things, he was great but it's still looking like a lazy hack job and I DO NOT recommend them.

I strongly recommend not using this company. They came to install an EV charger, a job that should have taken half a day. The installer showed up late and left the house twice to get parts. He was gone for half of the day and left at the end of the day with the job incomplete, with long wires dangling from the side of my house, and with no communication. He also installed the charger in a different location than we agreed and ran the conduit in a haphazard fashion, in a location other than what we agreed. He also disconnect the ground for our Internet service, which was clearly marked as needing to remain connected. Two other installers showed up the next day and they seemed more competent. When I checked their work afterward, they had installed an old, used circuit breaker for the new circuit. When I asked for it to be replaced, someone else came to swap the breaker, but installed the wrong amperage (which could have led to a fire!).

They were very responsive and sent people out to fully understand the scope of the project. We needed 150 ft of 50 amp + 30 amp wires to hook up a spa and sauna. They worked with us to help reduce the cost. We did the trenching ourselves and they were patient and flexible with their time to fit our timing. The guys got the job done and now we're enjoying the oasis we built in our backyard!

I hired Electric Heroes (EH) to put up two GFCI outlets, one in each of my two toilets, so that we can use a toilet bidet seat. I had sent out a request on Yelp, and many companies with good reviews felt that a heating bidet would require a dedicated line and so they would not install one in a condo. Electric heroes and only one or two others responded. Only EH gave me a free virtual estimate of $760 for the job, $380 for each toilet. The estimate did not include the patch up job that would be required; I could hire a handyman myself to do that later. Little did I know that it would be a real horror! (See attached photos) I finally hired EH. They did come on the scheduled day, took about half an hour to tell me what they would do, and also verified using a meter that the bidet would not require a dedicated line. Anyway, he said that he would require to make about 8 holes in one toilet and 6 in the other and that there is no other way to do this job. Well, he was a real nice guy and I agreed. After he was done, we were rather shocked to see the large number of gaping holes. Well, since this is the only way it can be done, I paid them and then hired a handyman again through Yelp to help close the holes. He arrived and told me (he does electrician jobs too) that EH had really made a mess and spoiled the wall. They had drilled a hole at every slat point so that they could in turn drill a hole through that slat to pass a wire. He said that he had drill bits up to six feet long so that with just three and two holes (respectively), he could have finished a job. He also showed me a video where he created only five holes to pass a wire from one end of a living room to another via a roof. He also said that for $760, he would have even patched the holes and painted the wall, not just done the electric work. Anyway. I had to pay $540 to do the patch work and painting. So the total cost of the job came to $1300, $650 per outlet!
