Second time I've used EH. One of the few companies who actually answers their phone. Very online focused, from the assessment and estimate to the final payment. Last year I had an EV wall charger installed in the garage and a GFCI outlet for the backyard. This year I needed a wall switch installed in the garage for some outside light fixtures. All of the work was done timely and professionally. The techs seem relatively happy and are professional. The costs maybe a tad bit on the higher side, but the service, efficiency, professionalism, and timely response is worth the cost. Good licensed service technicians are getting harder to find, so most likely I will continue to use Electric Heros.

Electric Heroes installed an electric car charger, a few security cameras, and a dimmable switch in our home. Ahmad was our electrician and was wonderful to work with. He was punctual, courteous, and explained everything very well before doing the work. When we faced some unexpected difficulties with our 100 year old house, he was able to work with us to troubleshoot and figure out a good solution. It was also easy to work on scheduling with Kathy and the entire contract and billing process was updated and smooth. The quotes for the work were also very reasonable. Overall it was a great experience and we'll be working with them again in the future for other projects.

I called because our house was didn't have power in half of the house we thought it was a breaker problem however we were unable to repair. Jesus Barajas was the electrician to help us and I am very happy because he is fast and efficient. He called ahead of our appointment to see if we were available earlier and showed up ready to find the problem. Fair pricing and quick scheduling!

Even though, I ultimately told him that I'd have to delay this profect through no fault of Electric Heroes, he stayed on the call, fully attentive and making sure to answer all of my questions, as well as offering the ability to call him for future questions.

Poor customer service, quality of work, communication and follow through with issues. I was part of a large group that chose this company to replace our electrical panels in our condos. First, they didn't show up for the first scheduled appt, no call and no show. Second, poor workmanship as there was a 3 inch gap left above the electrical panel for weeks. They did not paint as promised in the contract. The city permit was also included in the contract and it did not pass the inspection. Another electrician came out and worked for several hours replacing the work that was previously done so it would pass. I've reached out multiple times via email and phone to receive a copy of the city permit, yet haven't received anything. I'm very dissatisfied with the entire process as they are very unprofessional and feel that once they received their money, they don't seem to follow through with the contract. They guaranteed a pass by city inspection, yet haven't provided me the proof by providing me the permit that states so. I guess I have to take further action.

AWFUL. BUYER BEWARE.

I needed an electric wall heater installed and requested a Saturday. They sent me a text Friday confirming someone would be there Saturday at 9 am. I got there before 9 am and after waiting for an hour I decided to call them. No one answered so I left a message. After another hour or so someone called me and said no one is scheduled to do any jobs this particular Saturday. And that I had to reschedule.

I did. I asked for a 1 pm appointment. I called them a day before to confirm my appointment for 1 pm the next day. They said they have me down for a 9 am appointment as they might not be able to finish if they started at 1 pm. That's fine but why didn't you call and tell me?? They said they got busy. Really!??

They showed up this time but brought an electric wall heater that does not have an ON/OFF switch. I asked them why they didn't tell me which wall heater they were going to install before they brought it. No real answer.

After the installation, I asked if they could offer a discount for all the trouble they caused me. They refused!!

If you are reading this .. I hope you will explain how unreasonable I was. As I would love a chance to show the facts of my experience.

Got my main panel upgraded to a solar ready one. They had the best price and did a clean job. There were some scheduling issues but understandable given the nature of the job and the involvement of external parties like the city and Pge. Robert explained the job well and Anna handled all scheduling etc. really courteously and promptly. They did miss out on communication a few times but if you just keep calling them and stay on top - it's all good.
