We had some electric outlets installed to the exterior of our house. They respond quickly and came out to see the location in-person to give us a proper quote. When we agreed to the contract, they scheduled the job around our availability, which is very much appreciated. On the day of the job, we got assigned to Kevin Cortez Martinez and a coworker. They came on time, understood what needed to be done, were self-sufficient, and efficient. They were professional and polite. The online payment system was easy to navigate. We're happy with the work and would highly recommend.

I need helped to secure the high power conduit on the roof which was knocked off by a tree. I wasn't in a rush so I contacted Electric Heroes at off hours but got responded next day morning. They were able to send out someone and do a free consultation the same day. Matt came on time and called to notify me 45min before his arrival. What even more amazing is that Matt fixed the problem in less than 5min! How awesome is that!

They arrived on time and were professional, nice, and covid safe. They also completed the diagnostic of the problem quickly and fixed it very fast. Trying to get them to reply to an estimate for future work but it's a bit hard to get a reply using their website. Still, they did a great job when they were here, and would recommend.

My uncle had been without power for over a week, other electricians citing their workload was too much to come out. Electric Heroes turned on a dime, and was on site repairing a destroyed main breaker in what felt like hours. They pushed to get inspectors from the city and PG&E to get power restored. We were up and running in a matter of days. Their name says it all, Electric Heroes is who you call!

These guys are amazing! They were able to give me an estimate over Zoom instead of having someone come to my house, greatly appreciated during Covid. Then during the Zoom meeting he told me that I could get my gas stove repaired (by someone else) for a lot less than it would cost to do the electrical upgrades I called him about and get a new electric oven. That kind of honesty is not easy to find. I will definitely call Electric Heroes the next time I need an electrician.
