Our expertise lies in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.

We are Mauricio and Benita Pardo. Having spent more than 25 years in our careers in South Florida, we chose to retire. We moved to The Villages Area to realize our dream of a complete renovation on a 9-acre property in Fruitland Park. Over the years, we have partially renovated and redesigned various properties for clients and our own investments, so we looked forward to this upcoming project. Yet, we quickly found that finding skilled and available help at a fair price was a significant challenge in this region. This applies to everything from basic handyman tasks to professional plumbing services.
