Meet Mauricio and Benita Pardo. After over 25 years in professional fields in South Florida, we decided to retire. We settled in The Villages Area to pursue our dream of a full renovation on a 9-acre property we acquired in Fruitland Park. Throughout the years, we have remodeled and redesigned various properties for clients as well as our own investment projects, which made us excited to embark on this new venture. Yet, we quickly found that finding qualified and dependable assistance at a fair rate was a significant challenge in this region. This pertains to all types of work, from minor handyman jobs to professional technical services.
