Meet Mauricio and Benita Pardo. With 25+ years of professional experience in South Florida, we opted for retirement. We moved to The Villages Area to realize our dream of a complete renovation on a 9-acre property we purchased in Fruitland Park. Throughout the years, we have remodeled and redesigned various properties for clients as well as our own investment projects, so we were eager to take on this new project. Yet, we quickly found that finding qualified and dependable assistance at a fair rate was a significant challenge in this region. This applies to everything from basic handyman tasks to professional technicians.
