Meet Mauricio and Benita Pardo. With 25+ years of professional experience in South Florida, we opted for retirement. We relocated to The Villages Area to fulfill our dream of renovating a 9-acre property we bought in Fruitland Park. We have undertaken partial renovations and redesigns on numerous properties for clients and our own investments over the years, so we were eager to take on this new project. But we soon realized that securing qualified and willing help at a fair price was a daunting task in this locality. This includes everything from simple handyman services to expert technicians.
