Jim Hegge did a total remodel on my home. I was charged over $30k for Lutron system and when it came time to program motorized shades and drapes I was told ""I only do lights I don't do shades or drapes."" I found someone else to complete my Lutron system and they added my drapes and shades.

Friendly, knowledgeable electricians! Victor was on time, very respectful, thorough and got the job done! They came same day too! I needed help with my Ring camera installation and he was great! He is very savvy technician and a nice guy too.

There were 2 deciding factors that made us not go with Hegge Electric.

1. The price was way too high.
2. The technician did not give the best solution on how to run a 220volt wire from our electrical panel to our new stove. He wanted to run the line outside in a conduit with us having to remove our outdoor enclosed (pool) shower so he could reach the kitchen area from outside.

We went with another contractor who did the work for 1/3 the price and ran the wire safely through our home's attic with no issues.

So glad I chose Hegge! Rosie scheduled me fast, and Javier Tarango was right on time and super professional. He listened carefully and went to work right away, replacing a GFI/switch and diagnosing problems with another, plus checking my breaker panel and fixing some low voltage lights indoors. A previous contractor told me this would take all day. Javier completed the work in and hour and a half and saved me $$. He's been doing this 7 years but seems to have the experience of many more. Thank you again, and I will be a forever customer!

Victor and Jesse just finished a small project for me. On time, on budget with work and cost estimate explained prior to starting work. They did the work in less than 2 hours, cleaned up as well. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from Hegge Electrical today, with highest praise for our technician, Jesse. We had a newer ceiling fan that was damaged during some ceiling repairs. Jesse had the patience to take it apart, figure out the problem, and return it to operating perfectly. He also repaired a bathroom ceiling light and troubleshooted an area of our landscape lighting. We appreciated the trustworthy, quality work.

Hedge Electric made repairs to our emergency generator. They were thorough, courteous, and actually helped fix an issue with the generator that was unconnected to the original problem. I have used Hegge in the past for other electrical work and would recommend them without question.

Evidently the business owner from Hegge Electric found the need to reply with supercilious comments including one stating that my employer contacted her about my supposed conduct towards her. The other responses she alleged have been forwarded to our legal counsel as they're considered defamatory.

It should be known that I've referred a lot of new customers to Hegge Electric with zero concerns. We've never had one issue with our work orders except when they billed us as an emergency response at 11:00 am on a weekday where their technician responded and just sat around for two hours waiting for the utility company to arrive.

This current work order was NOT a misunderstanding as Sherryl Hegge stated. They've evidently had some turnover of staff in their front office which in my opinion has caused some communication issues with their scheduling. That's all Sherryl Hegge should've said but instead she attacked me personally. It will not go unnoticed nor will I respond further on this forum as I utilized it when their service guarantee failed and then they refused to accept responsibility for their shortcoming.

It should be known that we hired a competitor of theirs who is schedule tomorrow to replace an electrical pedestal that Hegge stated would take 2-5 weeks to arrive and install. Our new electrical company found nice supply that will arrive tomorrow and I've ordered 6 more to be replaced next week as we've got sone aging pedestals. I like this new company as they performed some preventive maintenance for us and have identified some issues that we'll need to correct soon. Hegge never had the time to perform any preventive maintenance for us.

It's sad that a business owner would feel the need to attack a once loyal customer publicly and stoop to lying about my employer contacting them. I have over 35 years of experience in the property management industry and assumed I was a good judge of character. In this situation it appears I was wrong.
