I used Hegge to install 2 Ring motion sensor lights and cameras. Jesse showed up a few minutes before the estimated time, was thorough in checking the electrical source, and installed the 2 items in a little over an hour.

Jesse was very nice, courteous and cleaned up one area where we had a bird nest, even though he didn't need to do so.

I'd definitely recommend Hegge and would use them again.

We have used Hegge a couple times for replacing ceiling fans, door bell, and light switches. Always very friendly and provides tips on how to make the most of their service calls. We'll be using them again and probably indefinitely. Prices are not cheap but they are fair. Thank you for all the great work provided so far.

I had a couple of jobs done by Hegge in the past that went okay. So recently we hired them to do a bunch of electrical projects around the house. The electrician brought a young assistant to help (whom I also had to pay several hundred $ for!).
First off, this is a retired gay household, and this young twit was afraid to even look at us, let alone talk to us. Um... this is Palm Springs honey; grow up, you're acting like a moron. You're not going to 'catch it' being in my house.
The entire visit he sulked around, avoiding any eye contact; only talked a bare minimum.
After they left, I inspected some of his work closer - crooked switches, broken switch plate, switch plates missing screws. He couldn't even properly install light switches?!?. And the I guess the electrician, Victor, was just A-okay with the shoddy work, as he let it pass, so he is as guilty of the lousy work. Never again.
I am totally annoyed that Hegge allowed this unqualified creep to do anything, and permanently annoyed that there was a specific charge for this untrained and unprofessional 'assistant'.
Afterwards, I didn't receive a follow up call from Hegge, as promised, nor did they bother to fix the broken switch plate. Hegge will never get my business again. This assistant's work was messy & unprofessional, and it appears that Hegge was fine with it. I'm not! (I'm sure they'll be sorry that they won't even get to bid on my upcoming solar/battery project; tsk).

Victor and Jesse showed up promptly at 8 am and tackled a list of projects, our home was remodeled right before we moved in last year but there was a number of electrical issues, like the patio light was actually connected to the under cabinet kitchen lights and the garage AC plugs were tied in to the overhead garage fluorescent. Anyway they figured it all out and put in a light and a plug in my garage workbench, as well as a light on the sidewalk outside the garage. The price was far less than I anticipated too! I will use them again for sure.

I had wiring for electrical shade done by Victor and his associate. They climbed in attic, had to drill in dry wall, and also educated me about my outlets. They were on time. My dogs liked them (important because they are good judges of character!). They left the place swept and used great care to clean up any marks or dirt left on wall. They were also pleasant. On a side note I had a call in as my AC was not working ( new house). When Victor was out looking at electrical box he asked why power was off to AC... he threw the switches and all is cool here! Thank you! This is 3rd electrician I have had here for projects and he is far the best! He was recommended by Ivan's Blinds.

Hegge Electric sent out an electrician to fix a recessed light, which fell out shortly after he left. He came back in September and fixed the light that he didn't repair the first time. We paid $143.00 for the 1st failed repair and weren't billed for the second, correct repair. We assumed it was free of charge. Well, today my husband got a nasty call from Hegge billing stating our account was past due. We never received a bill for the second visit, but now told 6 months later it's past due. The first visit we were given an invoice before the tech left, the second visit nothing.
We paid the second $143.00 and my husband was much nicer than I would have been. Hegge Electric are crooks and I believe they're short on cash so looking for ways to scam customer.

I want to take this chance to again thank Hegge Electrical for all its guidance over the months as I researched best options for home charging my Tesla while I awaited delivery and when it finally arrived. I began with limited knowledge and many questions, and they were exceptionally patient as they educated me and helped me make the ideal choice for my particular circumstances.

Victor, the technician, completed the job quickly and was a pleasure to work with. He's a professional and a gentleman.

I will refer Hegge Electrical whenever the opportunity arises and suggest that you look no further for an electrician.

Great service. On time. Thorough clean-up.

We installed a high voltage charger. Our garage is far from our service drop, but the tech, Victor, who came out to estimate the job found a clever way to use a secondary distribution box and save us over $2,000. He did a thorough walk-through of our home, inside and out, to determine exactly what our power need would be.

The written estimate came the next business day. Victor advised us on where all the work would be done, and how. When it came time to do the installation, Victor headed the crew that was here all day. The work went exactly as proposed, with ""no ups and no extras.""

At one point Victor asked me to join him in the garage. Concerned, I asked if anything was wrong. He said, ""No. If we have a problem, we solve the problem. I just want to get your approval on the right height for the charger."" This pretty much summarized their approach. Thye plan thoroughly, and do the work professionally. There are no shortcuts; they used first rate materials; they pulled a permit, and arranged the final inspection. Everything passed, of course.

This was not an inexpensive job, but Hegge's labor rates and material charges are not at all out of line. There was just a lot of work to do.

Everyone - the owner of the company, the office staff, the electricians - was cheerful, professional, super-responsive, and consistently on-time.

There is no doubt I would use this firm again for any electrical work I needed.

So glad Hegge Electrical was recommended to us. The office staff explained pricing very clearly, and Victor was great and extremely knowledgeable. We had a couple of issues and they were thoroughly explained and fixed for a very reasonable price.

The appointment was simple to set up and the communication up to the appointment time was excellent.
