I hired Hegge Electrical Contractors to do a panel upgrade and EV charging circuit in an older cabin. The price was reasonable and they did an excellent job, but the county would not sign off on the permit due to the older wiring inside the cabin, leaving me with no power. Jim Hegge worked with the county steadily until a compromise was reached that everyone could live with, and my power was restored. This is a great company with true integrity. Sherryl, Jim, Rosie, Francisco, and Chris were excellent to work with. Totally my go-to for anything electrical.

We hired Hegge to install a new 40A circuit and outlet for an EV charger in our garage. We chose them because they are a Tesla recommended contractor. I don't know how their rate may compare to others, but overall we were very pleased. The process was completely painless thanks to the professionalism of our two main contacts: Victor (the technician) and Rosie in the office. Victor was very professional, prompt, and friendly. He also communicated with us very effectively at each step of the process. He went beyond the quoted work scope (install outlet) and hung the installation bracket for our new charger! Rosie was always available to answer our billing questions and turned around new documents ASAP.

16 months ago on 1/18/18, I wrote that "" I wish I had a Hegge for everything, not just electrical."". Today, Victor Martinez came because a bathroom exhaust fan was not up to par. He removed the fan and motor and cleaned out a huge amount of leaves and dirt from the duct. Put it back together, perfect, price very reasonable. More importantly, he and the three from Hegge have been the nicest of guys to work with.
From 1/18/18: I live in the valley six months and East Coast 6 months. I have used Hegge three times. In 2005, Jose Santos replace 2 kitchen fluorescents with 6 recessed cans and then put in 4 additional recessed cans with its own dimmer in eating area where there had been only a fan with a bad light. In 2011, Francisco Montano put in an additional recessed can in a dimly lit closet. On 1/18/18, Francisco repaired loose wiring leading to a frequently tripping GFCI and corrected a blown circuit with a GFCI. These guys are expert, quick, neat, friendly, and prices are so reasonable for what they do. They are so neat that when they are done, you can't tell that what was new was not there before. Hegge goes out of its way to accommodate your schedule. I wish I had a Hegge for everything, not just electrical Hegge

This company seems to run efficiently and strive for top customer care. I can't recommend enough. Francisco was amazing! He was a mastermind at installing a tricky cable line replacement in an older condo. Facing challenges at every turn, he was able to get the work done efficiently, leaving both TV's and the internet working perfectly, and the place looking spotless. He was polite and cheerful and seemed to enjoy his work. He even came on his usual day off to accommodate our time schedule. I am so pleased and will always use this company!

Great customer service. I had Hegge Electric install an outlet in my garage for my new plug in EV. They came out for an estimate, they applied for and received the city permit (you need one!), and then came out to do the installation. In all aspects, professional, friendly, and competent. Their staff Rosie via email was excellent in terms of keeping me informed of what is going on and very responsive. I was able to get a rebate from SCE as a result.

The reason I am posting a great review today is because I am grateful. I asked them on Friday to come back out to check the outlet (after 6 months went by) because my EV charger was not working. They came out the same day as my request and checked everything out, double checking the line. It turns out my EV charger is defective. That is costly for me personally but Hegge was gracious and did not charge me for the extra visit. That is great customer service.

Hegge Electrical is simply the BEST! I have used them for the last 15 years, and when my husband surprised me with a Tesla for Christmas I called them. Sherryl set me up immediately with Francisco to come out and look at what needed to be done, they organized the permits with the city and one week later I have my Tesla charger wall outlet. Francisco and Chris were my installers, both very professional and I highly recommend that you use Hegge Electrical for any electrical job you might need done.
