Got assigned to them through AHS. I requested several services through electrical and on the initial call the receptionist said she'd have to ask her boss about coverage even though according to my contract they should be covered.
She said she'd call me back. However after the initial call they never called back. I tried called several times and only got voicemail.

We've been calling for several months attempting to have an issue resolved from previous work. We continue to be told that they will send someone out but there's never any follow up. I've reported to the BBB and to the Home Warranty company they were contracted through.

Had them out twice through my home warranty, problem still persisted. When I asked for them to come back a third time, they ignored my calls and never came back.
I called my home warranty a 4th time, and they told me that H&C Electric marked this work order ""completed"" so I'd need to pay an additional $75 to get someone to come out to my house.
H&C was as nice as they could be, but not fixing the problem and ignoring my calls left me unsatisfied.

Garrett was extremely helpful and professional. I got a 30 minute call beforehand letting me know that he was going to be on the way and he fixed and checked the electrical issues that I had within 20 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I was assigned this company through American Home Shield. I got a call straight away from the company to inquire about my issue and to schedule an appointment. I thought that was a great sign, they were prompt and seemed helpful on the phone... at first. I was offered a time slot between 2-5 that week but it didn't work with my schedule. I told them I could be available as early as 3:30 but they said they don't schedule specific times, just time slots and I'd have to be available the whole time. I was also told they don't schedule services on the weekends. What company doesn't offer service calls on the weekend? Most people work during the week and can't get away and they close at 5. Very inconvenient.
I was told they would look into it and call me back if something came available. I expected to hear from them the next day, maybe two days later at the most. It's been over a week and nothing, *crickets*. I've called them several times with no answer. I left voicemails with no call back. Very disappointed. I had to call American Home Shield to be assigned a different company.

Heath came and replaced a breaker to get my dryer running again. He called when he was on the way and was friendly and quick. I did the service through my home warranty (American Home Shield) and the lady who I scheduled the appointment with over the phone was also friendly. Thanks!

First off, my experiences with providers form Home Warranty Companies has not typically been good. It always seemed like they'd send some sketchy Russian technician with limited English, limited customer services and limited skills.
I was pleasantly surprised by these guys assigned by American Home Shield, timely and communicative to a fault and quick resolution of my problem.

I was assigned this company through my American Home Shield warranty. Two guys arrived, they did not show me their card nor introduce themselves. All, we need to remember to ASK for this -- they won't offer. They were in my home for 10 minutes, and announced my fan was un-fixable.
In about three days, one of the guys returned, and installed a new fan. The man left parts to my old fan strewn around the room, and did offer to pick up the remaining parts to the fan, and place them nearby my trash bin area.
These guys will not clean up, and they will not haul off your old broken appliance (fan, etc.).
PROS: When they call you, if you just respond right away by text -- you can get away with setting up all appts by text and you don't have to play telephone tag.

Had an issue with the breaker for the master bedroom. Requested electric services through my home warranty company - receive a phone call to schedule the appointment first thing the next day and they came out and replaced the breaker within the week. Quick, easy, and helped give some advice for other random questions I had about the house. Not sure why all of the other reviews are so negative, I had a perfectly good experience!

Professional service. They came to the house and verified that the heating problem was not an electrical issue. It was a foot switch that the AC company apparently could not fix.
