Very unreliable. They seem like they have 2 people working for this ""company."" One being a lady who never answers the phone when you call the main line for support. Try calling them and you shall see.

The other is Heath, the electrician. He is a nice guy but nice only takes you so far. Run your business better and stand behind your work.

The lady never return messages and Heath never returns calls, messages, or follows up on work he was supposed to do. You literally have to hound this company for a response and if you get one, the lady says she will send a message to Heath and back to square one you go.

You have been warned. Do business with them at your own risk.

Assigned through AHS and was extremely satisified with the service provided. Promptly and quickly resolved the issue. H&C went above and beyond to fix a breaker and replace an outlet for us. Heath spent extra time needed to diagnose the issue and then made a special trip first thing in the morning to replace the main breaker. He was willing to answer questions and provided lots of helpful information. Highly recommend H&C.

I had my ceiling fan problem fixed within 30 mins, and Heath even showed me a few tips that I can address myself next time I run into a problem. Clear communication & super helpful. Customer service and response to a potential customer is awful. A quote was given to me for a repair. After multiple attempts to call to schedule the repair, the company has never returned any of my calls or emails. I'd give no stars if I was able to.

Got assigned to them through AHS. Electrician shows up, wouldn't even disconnect the power of the microwave. Telling the tenant to get it disconnected and then to call back. Which they did, no answer for a week, calling daily. Yet these fraudulent folks send an invoice for completed work. Total garbage business!

These people are TERRIBLE to say the least. Scammers!! My landlord had to pay them $100 just to come to the house they arrived hours earlier than scheduled and I wasn't even home because I wasn't expecting them until hours later!!! I have called a dozen times in this past week and left multiple messages to try to reschedule and I believe I'm being deliberately ignored at this point. I believe at this point they are just trying to pocket the money and they have no intention of doing any type of work here I don't know how people like this are in business... You've been warned!!
