Tropical storm Monday. Pool dead on Tuesday. Austin arrived here Friday morning and replaced the pump. Pool back up and running. No messing about.

Andrew came out from Hawkins to repair the hose bib on my pool system. He called to give me his ETA, was very polite, found the problem and replaced the bib neatly and without any issues. Needed a pool pump replaced. The service scheduled around my availability with Lewis, Jacob and Q arriving on time performing a complete review of all the pool components. Swapped the pump, reworked some of the connections for a safer operation and upgraded the controller software. Didn't leave until everything was tested from both the controller and the app. All for just a little more than the cost of the pump. Saved me a lot of time and aggravation not to mention getting it done right. Excellent team!

HSC sent one of their crack electricians, Nick, out to install a transfer switch for the generator I bought recently. His professionalism, communication and workmanship were all exemplary. Each home and job have their unique challenges, but Nick figured out the issues that needed to be addressed and completed the job to my satisfaction. While here, he also installed an A/C soft start kit that I highly recommend to all potential customers.
As the old saying goes, ""You get what you pay for""... and that's exactly what I feel I received. After completing the job and performing a ops check, I trust that my new generator will be able to power my home in the event of an emergency thanks to Nick.

My pool pump stopped working, so I called Hawkins and was lucky to have Randall as my technician. Very professional company, and Randall was the best tech I could've asked for! He troubleshoot my circuit, showing me how he knew the issue was with my pump and was able to get a totally done within an hour or so. Definitely ask for Randall, can't go wrong!

They were able to schedule and fix the issue in a timely fashion. Replaced motherboard in control panel... probably an electrical surge during a thunderstorm caused outage. Also purchased a surge protector for the pool equipment. I would definitely use this company again for my pool service needs.
