Pool light not working. Called Hawkins upon the recommendation of Hoffman Electrical. Ryan White and his co worker arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. They got the light working again. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Top heavy. Overpriced. Flipped a breaker $400. That didn't fix the problem. Came out a second time with new diagnosis. This time solution was to change out all the existing ceiling lights with estimate of $1600.00. David was a nice guy and has to do what corporate wants but I'll just do it myself

We had a few solar heating panels that were damaged during the last hurricane that needed to be replaced. Hawkins came to our house much sooner than expected, and had our pool water heating again. They came to inspect the system and had all the materials and equipment they needed on hand to do the job quickly and efficiently.

We had HSC install a pool heater in October of 2023. We started using it heavily in January through March of 2024 to heat our pool. The heater was installed improperly allowing the condensation to drain towards the foundation of our house, rather than away from the house. This heater creates so much condensation that it saturated the ground around our house, and this caused water to enter our house.
After bringing this situation to HSC's attention, they did come out and adjust the pitch on the cement slab, installed a drip tray and drainpipe that now directs the condensation away from the house. We have not had any problems with water entering our house since and feel this should have been done initially which would have avoided this whole situation. We asked if they would submit a claim to their insurance company in order to cover the costs of the flooring and baseboard trim in our house that was damaged due to their initial improper installation of this pool heater. HSC refused. They would not even give us the name of their insurance company until we solicited help from our county's consumer affairs division, to whom they eventually provided the information we requested.
HSC's insurance company reviewed our video, pictures, and explanation and did replace the floors in our house due to this situation. HSC never accepted responsibility for the improper installation. A note here. All of HSC's installers and customer service people were very helpful and understanding. HSC's upper management was where we experienced the refusal to accept responsibility, or even work with us in trying to resolve this situation. They did correct the initial installation problem but would not even try to help with the damage the improper installation caused.
We were very disappointed with HSC, as we had them install tens of thousands of dollars of pool equipment, electrical equipment, and we even signed up for their homeowner's support program. All of their technicians, installers, customer service people, and reception people were always professional and supportive, and got things taken care of quickly when we needed them.

After the hurricanes, one of my AC units stopped working. Will came out and troubleshot the issue and found I needed a new TXV. Got one on order and came back to replace it. Before he got started, he determined there was a leak in my coil (we could hear it hissing when charging the system with nitrogen), he promptly found the part in stock and returned with it the next day. Completing the coil and TXV replacement quickly and efficiently. Explained everything as needed along the way and was very courteous and kind for the few days he was here in all our interactions. Highly recommend HSC, and specifically Will, for any future HVAC needs. They also work on pool heat pumps as well, which not a lot of HVAC contractors do, even though the units are very similar in function.

I scheduled in early October and the earliest they had was 10/18 so I confirmed. I never heard back until the afternoon of 10/22 to confirm 10/23. After moving my schedule to oblige, I called the morning of 10/23 to confirm the time given on the 10/22 message of a 12-2pm window. Upon calling I was told the new window would be 3-5pm. I once again moved my schedule. I arrived home by 3pm and waited until 5:30pm when my wife arrived home and took over. I never got a call and no one showed up. Avoid this poorly ran company.
