Hargrove Electric was founded on February 1, 1964, by Raymond L. Hargrove and his successor his son Steve in charge. The firm operates on a foundation of personal service, honesty, and quality. The values defined by Ray from the start are still the guiding principles. We has never failed a project for any cause. This is a point of pride for us and the truth that we have never been to court for any commercial issue. We hold the view that ""if there’s an issue, fix it!"" This philosophy has served us well, and remains the core principle by which we conduct our everyday activities.

We feel honored of our team, and equally proud of our clientele. Many of our customers have been with us for more than 35 years. In fact, our clients comprise five of the top ten largest publicly traded companies in the DFW area, such as the largest, Exxon-Mobil and the second largest, AT&T.
