Hargrove Electric began operations on February 1st, 1964, by Ray Hargrove alongside his successor Steve Hargrove leading the way. The firm runs on a philosophy of individualized service, trustworthiness, and quality. The principles defined by Ray early on are still the guiding principles. Our team has consistently completed a contract for any circumstance. We are proud of this and the truth that we have never been to court for any business matter. We hold the view that ""if there’s a problem, resolve it!"" This philosophy has proven beneficial, and continues to be the foundation by which we run day-to-day business.

We feel honored of our team, and equally proud of our customers. Many of our customers have been with us for more than three decades. In fact, our client base comprise five of the top ten largest publicly traded companies in the DFW area, such as the largest, Exxon-Mobil and #2 AT&T.
