Hargrove Electric was founded on February 1st, 1964, by Ray Hargrove Sr. alongside his son Steve leading the way. The firm runs on a principle of personal service, trustworthiness, and quality. The ethics defined by our founder early on are still the standard practice. Our team has always succeeded a contract for any reason whatsoever. We are proud of this and the truth that we have never faced litigation for any commercial issue. Our belief is that ""if something is wrong, make it right!"" This approach has proven beneficial, and remains the core principle by which we run our everyday activities.

We take pride of our team, just as we are proud of our clients. A large portion of our clientele have been with us for more than 35 years. In fact, our customers comprise some of the largest publicly traded companies in the DFW area, notably the largest, Exxon-Mobil and the second largest, AT&T.
