Hargrove Electric was established on the first of February, 1964, when Ray Hargrove Sr. alongside his successor Steve at the helm. The firm runs on a principle of customer-focused service, integrity, and quality. The values set by Ray in the beginning are still the expected norm. We has consistently completed a project for any circumstance. We take pride in this and the reality that we have avoided legal disputes for any business matter. We believe that ""if there’s an issue, fix it!"" This philosophy has served us well, and continues to be the foundation by which we manage our daily operations.

We feel honored of our staff, and equally proud of our clientele. A large portion of our clientele have been with us for over 35 years. Indeed, our clients feature five of the top ten largest public companies based in DFW, such as the largest, Exxon-Mobil and AT&T, the second largest.
