Our company was founded on February 1, 1964, when Ray Hargrove and his son Steve in charge. The business operates on a principle of customer-focused service, honesty, and quality. The values established by Raymond early on are still the guiding principles. Hargrove Electric has never failed a contract for any circumstance. We are proud of this and the truth that we have avoided legal disputes for any business reason. Our belief is that ""if there’s a problem, resolve it!"" This approach has served us well, and remains the core principle by which we conduct our daily operations.

We feel honored of our team, just as we are proud of our customers. Numerous clients have been with us for more than 35 years. Indeed, our client base comprise some of the largest public companies based in DFW, notably the largest, Exxon-Mobil and the second largest, AT&T.
