Hargrove Electric Co. was established on the first of February, 1964, when Ray Hargrove Sr. alongside his child his son Steve in charge. The company operates on a philosophy of individualized service, honesty, and worth. The principles set by Ray in the beginning are still the standard practice. Our team has never failed a project for any reason whatsoever. This is a point of pride for us and the reality that we have never been to court for any business reason. Our belief is that ""if something is wrong, make it right!"" This approach has served us well, and continues to be the foundation by which we manage our daily operations.

We feel honored of our employees, as we are of our clientele. Numerous clients have been with us for over 35 years. In fact, our client base comprise some of the largest DFW-based publicly held companies, such as the largest, Exxon-Mobil and #2 AT&T.
