Everyone I worked with was terrific ... helpful, informative, efficient. My main bathroom needed updating, so my team (Carlos and Roberto) had it torn out, replaced and cleaned up in less than a week! They were easy to work with, cooperative and very respectful of my work/live space. Larry and the team at the headquarters office responded quickly to any questions that came up. I can't say enough about how nice it is to have a team that is so easy to work with. They are now on my speed-dial!

Patrick was the best handyman we ever had - he went far and beyond our expectations.

We called him for a few simple repairs and paint fixes, but he went out of his way to get more materials than we asked for and did an immaculate job.

By the time he was done, our apartment looked brand new. If we ever needed any repair work done again, we'd definitely call up Patrick!

Dennie has done a number of jobs at my home during the past year, including repairing a stove hood, cleaning decks and painting. He is on time, honest and quick. My contacts with office staff have also been excellent. Great to have folks that are covered by insurance. So good to know that this group can do all levels of home jobs.

I had 4 windows that had broken glass that needed repairing. A new window that needed to be ordered and put in, and a stair tread that needed to be replaced on a rental property. The estimator came out and said they could not repair the glass without removing the whole windows, taking them to their shop to put in new glass and putting the windows back in. The estimate was nearly $4k. Rather than go through the hassle of ordering new windows and getting permits from the city, I decided to go with them. They gave me a date 3 or so weeks later.

I went to the property 3 days after the work was to be done, with a plumber, and was told Handyman Heroes never showed up. Or called. I contacted them and was left a voicemail that the workers arrived on site and said that they wouldn't step foot on the property because they felt it was a bio hazard. !!! I am not sure what they meant, because there was nothing exposed on the building. No trash, no cracks in the structure, nothing. I know, because I was there 3 days after. It was exactly as it was when the estimator was there, and he didn't mention a problem. I have had quite a number of people on site giving estimates on various jobs at not one said anything about a bio hazard. In fact, the plumber I was there with 3 days later said the building was really well kept up.

I called the person who left the message. He never called, but emailed. I asked for more information but never received a reply.

Frankly, I had high hopes for more work for the Handymen Heroes since I manage several properties, but the unprofessionalism of not contacting me, and giving an excuse that I know to be untrue rules them out for any future jobs

We needed some little electrical jobs done. We tried ""Electricians"" and they said the jobs were too small. We called Handyman Heroes, and they sent out someone immediately. He did things for us like hang a chandelier, repair a light switch, rewire an outside light, as well as suggest that battery operated motion lights outside would save us extra wiring costs. We really appreciated getting everything done at one time!

I like this company because they have the ability to handle many different types of things like electrical, construction, repair, carpentry, etc. Recently with the heavy rains I started having a problem with water leaking into the house. I was convinced that it was a roofing issue or problem with the outside wood siding or trim. The company sent Ted. He arrived and was quickly able to inspect and to diagnose the problem and determined that it was really a plumbing issue. It was such a relief to get a clear explanation from him, as I was almost ready to look for a roofer or contractor. This saved me time and money. Thanks Ted.
