I had Handyman Heroes replace the back door leading out to the backyard, replace some window screens and fix the bottom of another door.

Communication was excellent with emails and calls with their office. They had several people come by to check measurements and take photos.

Dennie did an amazing job helping us get our Dryer/Vent in working order. With a family of 6 our washer/dryer is in constant use and Dennie was able to come out quickly and fix everything within a day. My wife uses Handyman Heroes at her work showroom in the city so we tried them out with a few miscellaneous projects around the house. We made an appointment to have someone come out to review the projects. Within 48 hours we had an itemized bid. Once we confirmed the work we wanted done, they sent Jose M. out to complete the work within a week. Jose was on time, super professional and friendly. Once we showed him the projects, we left him to it. He worked quickly, meticulously, and left no trace behind. His work was top notch and worth every penny!

This years massive rain in San Francisco also caused a leak at our ceiling.
Handyman Hero 'squeezed' as in on short notice, outlined the potential efforts and broke them down in 3 different work steps quickly.
At the end we (only) needed step #1 (opening the ceiling/patching holes on roof) and step # closing the ceiling, which was done promptly, with a flexible schedule on demand and very good quality.
Special thanks here to the contractor Samuel Hernandez for his quality and highly in-time work, and his pleasant interaction personally while being in our apartment clearly telling us what is going on while also always checking for any preferences from our end on the project along the way.
