Dan showed up and fix my issue with Professionalism and a great attitude. Once he fix my issues that I called him about(a broken drawer) then he corrected a ceiling fan that had been rocking for 4 years.. It was a little extra but this customer is so happy.
It is the small things that make a difference between the usual and the extra mile. This is what Dan did for me and I would recommend that you call Dan for any of your Honey Do list you need done..

Dan demonstrates a very high level of integrity about his craftsmanship that I don't see much of these days. He's a great guy -- affable, knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, and above all, honest. He cares a great deal about getting the job (even very small jobs that other contractors might deem unworthy) done right. And if he is unable to do a particular job in question, he will be honest with you about it rather than trying to do a shoddy job just for the money. His speedy turnaround time and the fact that he himself does the work (rather than sending out a subcontractor) is greatly appreciated. We definitely will hire Dan again for future projects.

Had an issue with a spring on my attic stairs. Called a ""reputable"" large company that advertises handyman services and they quoted me a four hour minimum just to come and look at the problem. I promptly kicked myself for not starting with yelp and then went to yelp and found Handyman Dan. I called left a message, he returned my call very promptly and was able to stop by within the hour to take a look. He is now my newfound go to handyman. He was friendly, knowledgable, able to repair my stairs within minutes and only charged me $53. I'm sold. Next time you need handyman services, give him a try!!

I called Dan yesterday to fix a hole in our wall. He came out quickly and did an excellent job patching the hole and matching the wall texture. I will definitely use Dan again and would recommend him if you're looking for quality service!

I had Dan out to repair some trim that had to be removed due to water damage. His rates were very reasonable, he was very flexible with his time, and he did quality work. I would definitely recommend him for all small jobs around the house. It was refreshing to see a handyman that does all his own work, instead of charging you a high rate and dropping off less than skilled workers while they hop from site to site supervising. I will definitely call Dan for the next job that requires a skilled handyman.

Handyman Dan arrived on time and mounted my 70"" TV on the wall. He hooked up my washer and dryer, tightened my wobbly dining room table (I put it together and had a few screws left over..lol..girlfriend was pissed).

This was the best $$ I've ever spent. I will be calling him again if I happen to have a few screws left over from another project. Cheers!!

Dan has become my go to handyman for make ready work when one of my rental properties needs to be prepared for a new tenant.

He's been a big help for those projects that I don't know how to do or I could do but it would take me 5x as long to figure out. Sometimes I have a list of ""to do"" and we simply divide-and-conquer to get the job done.

So far he's helped me with:
- Fixed a door jam that was scratched up by a dog (before and after photos uploaded)
- Replaced weather stripping
- Replaced bathroom faucets
- Replaced bathroom lighting fixtures
- Replaced showerheads
- Replaced toilet seats
- Replaced mini blinds
- Touched-up chipped tile grout
- Reattach faux drawer face below kitchen sink
- Reattach laminate floor transition that was coming up

He's also really good about itemizing his invoices so that I can see the total cost broken out by effort. This allows me to identify how much to apply to a tenant's security deposit vs. those charges that I am personally absorbing.

I also really appreciate his flexibility to work on weekends. I work a full time job outside of the rental properties, so often weekends are my only option for make ready work.

Dan was easy to schedule, affordable, stayed until the job was done and did great work with a great attention to detail. Very friendly and knowledgeable to boot. He helped us save money by pointing out things that could be done cheaper through a specialty contractor, different fixtures or even Home Depot installations rather than smiling and taking our money. Dan did a great job on a handful of minor projects. He showed up a little early to go over the four projects which mostly involved securely hanging various shelves, racks and pictures. He took care to get everything precisely positioned where I wanted and made sure I was happy with the work done. I'll look forward to working with Dan again.
