Dan was not available for services in our area (Steiner Ranch). Too bad :-( We own several rental properties and could have given him a ton of business over the years. Funny, he said he was in Marble falls on a job but, we were too far out.

Handyman Dan is an awesome handyman. He hung multiple shelves in my new apartment and hung a few paintings. Everything he hung is spot on level and exactly where they should be. He's very friendly and arrives at the time he says he will. I will recommend him to everyone and call him when I need more things done.

Dan was polite, didn't really show up at time was supposed to, but his son injured himself so he explained it to me very well. I would def. use Dan for small one hour jobs, but for example I had a fence repair job, at his rate of $40/hour & how many hours he thought it would take him, it was MUCH cheaper to go with professional Fence Repair companies who have a warranty, more experience, probably do it in 1/3 the time and lots of other perks (by much cheaper, I'm talking about $700). So for an hour job I would def. use him as he is reliable, once you start getting above 2-3 hours, I'm not sure its worth it.

Dan assembled a desk for me and did a very good job. During the process, one of the desktop pieces got scratched (accidentally of course). Dan was extremely apologetic and walked me through the process of getting the replacement piece (it was under warranty so no cost) and then he came back out to replace the damaged piece for no charge.

Outstanding work, great price, and came in under budget! Dan quickly repaired our fence from the recent wind storm and was GREAT. I highly recommend him and plan on using his dedication to great work on future projects! Guys like this are hard to find, and we are so glad to have found him.

Dan was extremely responsive, personable, and prompt! That was my experience before even meeting him. He did an excellent job hanging tapestries on a precariously high wall and installing a shelf. His prices are reasonable and he worked diligently. Will definitely be calling him for lots of future projects!

We had a toilet with a small and hard-to-fix leak. After two go-rounds with experienced do-it-yourselfer friends, we called Dan. Dan came out that afternoon, was friendly, professional, with reasonable rates, and he didn't give up until the leak was fixed. He also installed a new dual-flush mechanism that we hadn't been able to get to work correctly. Dan was exactly what we were looking for -- an affordable handyman who knows what he's doing and does good work. We would recommend him and will use him again in the future!

Dan is personable and friendly. I thought his hourly rate of $40 was quite reasonable (plus a $20 trip charge), but his work pace was not fast. However, his work quality was solid and he did a nice job of installing some wood blinds and replacing a thermostat.
