Dan has completed several projects for my home. I love the service he provides because of his experience with window treatments. There have been several instances where I had the wrong materials and Dan was able to spot it out before drilling holes or beginning work where someone with little experience would have created a mess only to realize the problem with the hardware or items later, only to leave a mess and wall full of holes that need repair. Thank goodness for Dan!!! Because of this there are rescheduling situations and Dan is always willing to re-schedule due to my mix ups with a smile at the drop of a dime. I am not sure what I would do without Dan in our lives to help make our house a home. Thank you so much Dan!!!! I refer you to all my neighbors looking for work around their house for fixing. Especially window treatments which are my favorites

We have a new ceiling fan in our living room! Dan was able to fit us in this weekend, and he installed a new ceiling fan twice. The first one was a dud, but the second one works like a charm. He was very personable, and patient and tenacious. So pleased he could make it work. Would hire him again!

Dan is professional and respond quickly.. he knows what his doing I always call him every time something needs to be done and he does it very precise.. he makes sure you are happy before he leaves.. We had a couple jobs involving building a hand rail for an attic area as well as designing a custom hidden door that goes into a safe room. Dan was not only responsive but he clearly enjoys his work and creates quality results. The custom door couldn't have turned out better!! A fun and creative feature that he designed from scratch. Great value and it is really enjoyable working with someone that is honest and reliable.

First things first this guy is amazing. We called him to come check out my back door because it was having issues. He came by and was very nice and looked at the door and said that it would be better for him not to do any work on it and the just replace it. He had info on who to contact and where to get the best material for the job. My girlfriend felt very comfortable with him being in the house and want him to come out next time something is wrong in the house. This man is very knowledgeable and won't screw you over. He didn't charge me a thing to come out and didn't charge me to look at the door. He was probably out for half a hour and we talked most of that time. I'm so glad I found him because most handy men either do a half ass job and you have to repair their repairs later or charge a arm and a leg and screw you in your pocket book. He is very quick, nice, knowledgeable give him a try if you need a handy man.

We are regulars for Dan, as he consistently does great work at a reasonable price, and unlike so many other people in his field, is responsive and professional.

In fact, he saved my family's hide today, since last week I had attempted to install a shelf (I'm anything but handy), and stopped midway through because I was missing some parts. Upon starting to take over my work, Dan immediately realized that what I thought was a stud in the wall, was actually the dryer ventilation pipe - which, sadly, I had punctured with my drill. So had I not hired him do the job, aside from the shelf collapsing, the puncture in the dryer vent would have remained, hot moisture from the dryer's exhaust would have filled the walls of the house, and we would have been left at serious risk for black mold, which is obviously extremely dangerous.

Plus, he's a super-nice and friendly guy. Highly recommended!

Dan is a great handyman and honors his warranty work!!! He did a great job fixing a shower enclosure leak we were having. After a year the leak cameback due to a shower liner. He repaired and replaced it free of charge. I highly recommend Dan!!

Dan installed sliding trays in our kitchen cabinets and mounted a showerhead rail on a tile wall in the walk-in shower. Dan made short work of it all, and he did an excellent job on both. We discussed another project for which we will definitely hire Dan to do once we get our part done so Dan can do his part.

I would like to take the time out to write a review for Handyman Dan who just recently installed ceiling fans, and light fixtures in my home. I contacted him and he immediately responded and we set up a time for him to come by. After he arrived and we went over what was to be done, he presented me a fair figure for the work that was to be done. Within a short time of him arriving , he was so friendly and I felt I had known him for longer than the time he had arrived. The fixtures and fans were all installed and I was very happy with how everything looked and worked after installation. I would hire him again and will in the near future. Great handyman!
