Percy is wonderful!!! I had a blown fuse, that I tried to fix myself, to no avail.

We needed a new 220 line run for an AC compressor we were installing the next day. We also needed two quads installed, the electric for the furnace to be relocated, and the electric for our washer and dryer to be moved. Percy came out the morning I called, gave me an estimate on the spot, and came back that afternoon with a crew member to get the job done. He and his employee were both very friendly and professional. Their work looked great. Most amazing, though, is that they came to our rescue when we needed last minute electric. He worked his schedule around to make it happen!

I've had Percy mount and wire a projector to 14 ft plus ceilings in my former loft and install a grounding rod outside my new home. He's always friendly, responsive, and clear with materials needed as well as the bill. Can't ask for anything more. The knowledge he has is from years of experience and skill. I won't ever use another electrician.

I don't usually write reviews. As a matter of fact I think this is the second Yelp review I have written. I used the request option on Yelp which I thought was extremely convenient. Within minutes I was speaking with Percy through the Yelp text. I explained the work that I needed done. Percy said he needed to come by to see the project to give me a quote. Not a problem. An appointment was scheduled between 8am and 9am for the following day. I provided my address and confirmed the time. This is the end of the positive experience. At 9:30 the next morning Percy had not arrived. I sent a follow-up text asking when he would arrive. He responded that they don't service my area. Wait!!!!!!! There are so many things wrong with this situation. I sent my address 24 hours prior. It is 30 minutes after your appointment time and you just now realize you don't service my area. Really!!!! This was extremely poor customer service and a total disrespect to my time. I would never recommend the use of this company but if you choose to use them verify they provide service to your area prior to engaging them in conversation.
