It's a pleasure to write this recommendation for Percy Hampton, the Handy Electrician. I called him to our home in Buckhead because of a complicated and confusing problem plaguing our outdoor pool pump. Within an hour, he got to the bottom of the issue and had power restored. Since he was so fast, I also asked him to replace a problem outlet in our master bath - done in minutes! Percy showed up 5 minutes early and finished all work within one hour. He took the time to explain my electrical problems clearly. I will call this professional guy again next time I have an electrical challenge.

I am a stickler for time, so when a professional gives me an hour window, I truly expect you to arrive PREPARED to begin working within that window. The first guy (The owner I assume) was 30 minutes late outside of the window, came with no tools and then had to leave to go pick up additional men to install a celiing fan. Wait, a Ceiling Fan? Not to mention they were charging an arm and leg for this installation. After waiting for another hour, I decided against their service and would NEVER think of using them again. BOOOO! Two thumbs WAY DOWN!

Honest & prompt and at a last minute's notice late in the day; I'm talking after 4 p.m...
Percy and his crew couldn't have been more gracious and professional. And Honest.
The reason for me calling them was due to their location, -a few minutes away, -literally. I m the one who should have done more research. -They are licensed electricians, specializing in the electrical field, etc. -Not for what I needed to be addressed.
I was not charged and referred to the proper source : A plumber!

I will be contacting him again for some wiring issues that need to be addressed in my loft and more. Most definitely.
