I am a stickler for time, so when a professional gives me an hour window, I truly expect you to arrive PREPARED to begin working within that window. The first guy (The owner I assume) was 30 minutes late outside of the window, came with no tools and then had to leave to go pick up additional men to install a celiing fan. Wait, a Ceiling Fan? Not to mention they were charging an arm and leg for this installation. After waiting for another hour, I decided against their service and would NEVER think of using them again. BOOOO! Two thumbs WAY DOWN!

Will recommend Percival to our next door neighbor. He charged us $75 instead of his usual $150 first hour diagnosis charge because our issue was simple and took only him only a couple of minutes. He was pleasant, honest and I will use his again.

Honest & prompt and at a last minute's notice late in the day; I'm talking after 4 p.m...
Percy and his crew couldn't have been more gracious and professional. And Honest.
The reason for me calling them was due to their location, -a few minutes away, -literally. I m the one who should have done more research. -They are licensed electricians, specializing in the electrical field, etc. -Not for what I needed to be addressed.
I was not charged and referred to the proper source : A plumber!

I will be contacting him again for some wiring issues that need to be addressed in my loft and more. Most definitely.

After check it out some review ,I called this Handy Electrician company. He showed up almost 40-45 minutes late. He quoted me for the job hourly flat charges. Once he finished the job he gave me a bill which is include his trip charges. He did not disclose the trip charges before. I don't think it is ethical, and it is not good for the business.

Came out on Saturday evening when we had some electrical troubles with our lights in our home. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and made what repairs he could that night. He came back out first thing Monday with some special parts that we needed and got everything working properly. Extremely professional, polite and hard working. Would recommend him to anyone!

After I managed to short all of the lights in my basement on a recent Friday evening, I called Handy and reached Percy the next day. He came out that afternoon and fixed the lighting problem. I also had him change out lighting fixtures in the master bath.

I found him to be prompt, professional, and his work to be excellent. I will call him first anytime I need an electrician moving forward.

I called these guys and Percy came right out to give an estimate for installing new outdoor outlets and circuits for my electric lawnmower (underpowered or overloaded circuits can ruin a motor). He was very friendly and professional and discussed different options with me and gave me a fair quote.

They came back a few days later to do the install, and they did an excellent job. It was exactly what I needed, and they were a pleasure to do business with. I am sure I will call them again when I need electrical work.

I also like that they are in town, so they can get to me quickly.

The disconnect to our water heater burned out, and we were out of hot water for 4 days. I called a couple other electricians that were recommended on a Saturday, and no one answered the phone or called us back. Percy at Handy Electrician was quick to answer the phone Sunday morning and made time to come out the same day.

He was very friendly, explained what happened, what he was doing, and his reasoning behind all the things he did. He had to make a couple trips to Home Depot, but he had such a great attitude about the whole process. He had to do some extra work to move the disconnect into a different location so the next electrician would have an easier time accessing it.

All in all, I'll recommend them to all my friends and for any work I have in the future.
