Zach installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage and I am just so happy and impressed with the whole experience!

Availability: Zach is not *the* most local electrician to Truckee, but he comes here regularly, and was able to commit a very reasonable appointment date and time window, as soon as I accepted his bid.

Price: I reached out to several electricians and Zach had one of the more reasonable bids.

Flexibility: Zach was able and willing to bid the job through photos and specific questioning. I'm sure your mileage will vary on this depending on the nuance/complexity of the job, but I'm so appreciative he does this when he's able. It was a huge time saver for me, and hopefully for him also.
He is very cost conscious, but was also happy to use a significantly more expensive brand of receptacle, at my request (and of course at cost for the upgrade). He placed the receptacle exactly where I asked him to.

Transparency & Integrity: He adjusted his bid downward to take into account that I supplied the receptacle. He showed up when he said he would, and did what he said he would do. I was not home when he was there; the people who were there felt extremely at ease with him, and did not feel the need to keep on eye on him or their belongings. He seems very honest and I fully believe the other reviews that speak to this quality.

Ease of communication: He is extremely responsive to email, text, and calls. His answers to my several questions were thorough and patient. His online bid, invoice, and payment system is extremely easy to use.

Professionalism: I imagine there is no shortage of work out there for Zach to choose from, but he really makes you feel like a valued client. He gave me a detailed bid the same day that I called him. His communication style is warm and professional. There's not one ounce of entitled, short, rude, disinterested, or greedy the way some have developed in this market. Just mutual respect. The whole experience was really refreshing and I hope to continue retaining his services for other electrical needs in the future.

We had a hard time finding a reliable electrician to do some odds and ends work on our house, and came across Hagan Electric. I called and got a response from Zach pretty quickly. Got a free estimate which was great because there were a lot of other companies which did not want to do that. We ended up hiring their services to do some electrical wiring and to put up outdoor ceiling fans to replace the can lights which were there. Everyone was really friendly, and I got great communication via text. Job was well done, and looks great! We've actually had them come back for additional work and I think we've found our electrician now!

Super friendly and awesome! I had Zach install an outlet for our Tesla charger. Between quote to install, was less than a week. I mistakenly didn't clarify in the pictures where the main panel was to where I wanted the outlet, but a quick trip to Home Depot saved the day! I have a few more projects that I will definitely keep power to and will call Zach when I need his expertise again!!! I absolutely recommend Hagan Electric!!!

When the big snow storm came and hit our vacation home, i called Hagan Electric and Zach was super responsive. He was able to go out to the cabin quickly and assess the damage.
