Huge shout out to Brandy, Troy and the rest of the crew at H5! I reached out in a panic due to some electrical issues in with an older electrical panel/system, was provided fair prices in advance and was able to have service the same day to fix it! Troy came out, provided his expertise on solving the problem and was communicative and informative through the entire ordeal. (I've recently moved back into the house I grew up in and am encountering a lot of home repairs that are needed and have no idea where to begin having never owned a house before) I really did have a phenomenal experience from start to finish! H5 went above my expectations with the quality of work as they did a fabulous job but also with how totally friendly they were. They were timely, informative, professional, safe (which is needed during these strange covid times) and friendly in welcoming me back to the community. I could not be happier and will be using them again in the near future to install a 220V in my garage which their crew is very experienced in - if you are looking for that service as well. Two thumbs way up - I highly recommend giving them a buzz!

10 stars for H5 Electric! Scene: home built in the 50's, questionable electrical choices by previous owners, furnace not on a dedicated circuit so AC won't come on, break has gone kaput, hot house, young kids, frustrated wife.

H5 Electric came to the rescue to install a dedicated circuit so that my AC could get back to running as we approach 90 degree days here in Yolo County. The housing and home improvement industry is on fire right now which means I was getting no-answers or 3 week wait times from other electricians. Then the clouds parted and I called H5. They were out to look at the job in a couple of days, assess, quote, and scheduled something the following week. Price was extremely reasonable, service was excellent, highly recommended.

I had damage from a surge or something that was causing some electrical issues. I had an electrician from another company come out and take a look at my box and they said I should contact my insurance company. I did so and then they ghosted me. I didn't hear back from them. Fast forward two weeks later and me being tired of waiting, I started looking through yelp and I called H5 randomly because I liked some of their pictures and they seemed pretty well rated.

I talked to Brandy on the phone and she set me up with Troy who came out super quick like same or next day I can't remember offhand. I think four days later we had an appointment.

The folks came out early and relocated my box down and upgraded from 100 with no slots to 200 with lots of slots. The folks they had working were professional and quick movers. My house was built in 1906 so im guessing they are pretty good at troubleshooting too. They also ran a separate line to my microwave by request. I had to bounce midway and they finished up.
Long story long - everything looks great - works great. It's nice to be able use my air fryer AND my microwave at the same time. These folks were quick and responsive to text which is my preferred way to communicate since I'm usually working.

I appreciate it when businesses are responsive to messages and put value on your time. It was nice that not only were they on-time they were early. I was actually surprised they were able to get me fixed so quick. Side note: Because it was such an easy process, I just had them quote me on some can lights. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
