Another great experience thanks to Brandy and Kaden (sp?) at H5. I had an electrical issue, possibly caused by a terrible plumbing job. In 2 hours, Kaden was able to find the cause of the tripped breaker and fixed it. The root cause is a bigger job, but he was able to give me access to enough of the circuit so I could run the necessary power to critical items on the property. He advised me as to future projects I should consider and wasn't pushy at all. A class act. This is why I reached out to them for a second project. I won't use anyone else for anything electrical related.

This is the second time I hire Troy and his team, being very satisfied with their service both times.
First for a townhouse in Lafayette where they installed canned ceiling lights, exhaust fans, closet string lights, panel upgrade, new outlets, smart Lutron switches and motion sensors, and wired smoke detectors.
This time, for a single family home in Elk Grove, they came to do a bit similar service: canned ceiling lights, exhaust fans, new outlets, smart Lutron switches and motion sensors, wired smoke detectors, LED lights under cabinet and in garage, besides fixing a few issues that came with the house.
Absolutely recommend them for their quality, thoroughness, attention to detail, politeness, communication and customer care, from giving fair and clear quotes to always looking forward to satisfy the customer.

The service from Troy and his team at H5 electric is exceptional. We reached out to them address some outdated wiring in our older ranch-style home. Brandy quickly reached out to schedule an in-person consultation. Troy was prompt, punctual, and thorough. In addition to some older receptacles, our home had several wiring code violations. Troy was patient and efficient in troubleshooting the circuits and helped us brainstorm ways to bring wiring up to code and rewire several outdoor structures at the back of the home in a way that would fit our budget. Our requested services included replacing older receptacles in the home, grounding several ungrounded receptacles, rewiring a well pump so that it was code-compliant, running new power from a sub panel to our garage and installing EV chargers, and installing a new sub panel for an outdoor shed. Troy was communicative and responsive while drafting our estimate. On the day of service, he and his team were incredibly efficient, and made suggestions for additional receptacles and lighting that would make the outdoor structures more efficient, and identified additional issues with the wiring in the home that they addressed at no extra cost. The price of the project was extremely reasonable and the quality of the work was OUTSTANDING. We have more electrical projects we will be taking on, and we feel extremely fortunate to have found this company. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

New house, new problems but H5 Electric was great once again! The H5 team worked for three straight days last fall replacing my electric panel, grounding 10+ plugs, and adding roughly 8 new outlets to my 1955 West Sacramento home. Brandy and her team were very transparent about pricing and ways to save money (they let me do my own trenching to save on costs) and came back numerous times to verify everything with the city and PG&E. I've recommended H5 to several colleagues in the Sacramento area and I'm happy to endorse them.

Needed new kitchen outlets installed urgently and H5 office was very responsive, patient, and informative in scheduling same day estimate, and work to be completed the following day. We had a fire in the utility area of our home that left us without electrical power or gas for several weeks. Troy and his team were out the day after we called to assess the damages. H5 handled the permit and installed a new service panel. We have a large home which includes two 200 amp sub panels. Troy rewired the subpanels because only 125 amp sub feeds are permitted now. His team was always there when they said they would be, and the only delays were PG&E related. Brandy worked miracles shortening PG&E delays and county permitting.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this company deserves it! I've always had ""electrical issues "" with my house. I've had at least 5 different professional electricians over who tried to fix my problems, said the fixed them, definitely charged me and maybe I'd have a temporary fix but it wasn't until I called H5 that EVERYTHING was fixed and /or replaced. For the first time in 14 years in this house , EVERYTHING WORKS. They explained what was needed, showed me where the problem was and did the work. The right way! I showed them a previous invoice from the last electrician and H5 showed me brawlers and items I was charged for that were were never replaced! H5 taught me so much. I can't express enough how grateful I am . 100% satisfied and happy with the service!!!
