I hired Carlos to do over 10K worth of work to my 1950s house with old, DIY wiring and breaker boxes known for being fire hazards. He and his father worked together on the job for 1-2 weeks, and took care of every issue I asked him to address, no matter how big or small (my list of tasks for him was about 2 pages long!). I was out of town during most of the work and during inspections. When I came back I added a few more things to his to-do list, and he had no problem completing those tasks also, in a timely fashion.

I'm very happy with how everything turned out, and will probably call Carlos to do some more installations! I'm selling the house, and have a lot of work to do on it, so I'm glad I have an electrician I can trust to take some things off my plate.

Best Electric company ever... Carlos the owner , attended my call at 9:00 p.m. , explained to me the service he will offer me for what I needed , got my free estimate after sending some pictures in and scheduled a next day appointment. Next day he sent me a professional appointment through his system , even the system showed me when they were on their way to my home, which I liked so I would be ready when they were arriving .
I recently purchased a home in Orlando area and needed to rewire it plus a new electrical panel.
Prices were fair and customer service was excellent during all process.
They performed their job in a timely manner and very professionally , leaving my property clean and ready to go.
I highly recommend Gutielectric Services for all your electrical needs, very professional and the most important thing they care about their customers !

I'm very disappointed with Carlos of Gutielectric because he advertises ""free estimates""...

but that is not what I experienced!

After investing quite a bit of time exchanging text messages with Carlos, this morning, in addition to taking and sending several pictures to give him a visual of our situation, he insisted that we needed to pay him $149 to come to our home and ""do some testing.""

Otherwise, he was not interested in coming, at all.

How disappointing...and how inconsistent it is to what he claims on his website!

Even when I pointed out to him that other companies offer free estimates, and had already done so, he wrote, ""We cannot talk about other companies and how they charge for their services.""

When I tried to explain to him that free estimates are some of the expenses of doing business...

and that I used to have my own business, driving out to my customers' homes, at my own expense, spending the time required to give them alternative estimates and discussing their options, he still was not persuaded to come out to our home and give me a free estimate.

He flippantly wrote, "" We are sorry that it is an inconvenience for you. Have a nice Sunday.""

After, and only after, I told him that I was going to give a negative review of his business because of his insistence that I needed to agree to pay $149 to inspect our wiring before he would even come to our home, just to look at our situation, he changed his mind and offered to come out for a ""free estimate, ""after all.

However, he had already proven himself to be unworthy of our trust and exceptionally unprofessional because of the absolutely false claim on his website that he gives ""free estimates.""

His unwillingness to change his mind - - until I told him that I was going to post a negative review of my experience with his business.-- showed, even further, that we cannot trust Carlos, the owner of Gutielectric, with our business.

I'm sincerely sorry to have to say that I am recommending that you look elsewhere for your electricity needs.

I booked Gutielectric Services to add an outlet to my home exterior and to troubleshoot an outlet. They showed up on time and took care of my issues in fine fashion. They also cleaned up after themselves and were courteous and professional. Also, their price was $300 less than a quote I got from a heavily advertised competitor. I can defintely recommend Gutielectric Services.

Can't say enough positive things about the service I received. Contacted them at 9 pm last night. They showed up at 8am the next morning (Sunday) and fixed my service in 20 minutes. Best was they communicated with me thoroughly when enroute and upon arrival. Don't wast your time with others when this clearly was the best.

Very fast service and reasonably priced. Requested an online quote on Sunday. Carlos gave me an estimated price and was at my house by 1PM Monday, on time. Completed job as promised with slight up charge for a burnt out switch that I chose to have him replace.
