As I thought I needed an electrician, I went through my emails to see who I've used before... and now remembering Carlos, I realized I hadn't written a review for his company yet.

Back in 2018, after seeing his really good onlline reviews, I found him to be very polite, professional, and friendly. He worked over 3 hours to fix 3 different things and the bill was a very reasonable price... and that included parts he purchased during a Home Depot run.

And although my current electrical issue turned out to be a Duke issue, Carlos was ready to do a service call within a short notice... as my home didn't have enough voltage to run the A/C.

The next time I need an electrician, this is definitely the company I would use ;)

Contacted Carlos for a quote on a 240v receptacle installation-- he was quick to respond, even in the evening hours. I was provided with a fair quote and service scheduled at my earliest convenience.

On the day of the service, it was discovered that my home could not support the additional circuit load, and Carlos was very kind in giving me advice on what options I had.

While I ultimately was unable to have my receptacle installed, Carlos showed professionalism and expertise and I will not hesitate to hire his company in the future.

Carlos and his team did an outstanding job installing a 240 volt outlet in my garage for an EV charger. Their work is precise, orderly, clean and safe. They installed an off-the-shelf EV charger that I had provided on the wall and hooked it up. They also installed two additional 120 outlets near an existing one. Highly recommended!

Called for a quote to install a back up panel for my generator and explained that I was handicapped and had just had most of my lung removed. I was told that he had a family emergency and would be back June 2nd. I have tried to get him to at least return a phone call and have left 6 messages to no avail. I find this very unprofessional and he could have at least called to let me know something. If this is his way of doing business then beware. Just noticed that while he was supposed to be attending a family emergency he was doing a job for Tamara S. and getting a great review done.
