I did want to share my strange experience. I called the phone number shown on both Yelp and on their website and left a message to schedule a time to trouble shoot a problem. They called back and their message was a bit garbled. I called again and they said they only communicate by email and to send them an email.

Strange way to do business. Why even list the phone number?

Bless the souls of the people from this business. We called to set up an appointment to have someone come take a look at our kitchen outlets. He was able to help us out over the phone in under 5 minutes and we were able to get it working again. Maybe we are just silly newbies but we were so grateful for their help and didn't even charge us. If I ever run into any serious electrical issue, I already know who I will call and recommend. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS. If I could give a kiss on the head for everyone here, I would.

These guys did a great job on my electrical issue. I didn't have power to part of my house and they came promptly and worked hard to get it back up and running. Courteous, fair prices, friendly employees, and quality work. Will definitely call them again for any electrical problems I may have.

Last night we were worried our house was gonna burn down cause our sub panel was sparking and lights in our house kept dimming randomly. I called Guerreros Electric as soon as they opened in morning, and he rushed over asap and fixed it. I was amazed at how much they cared about our issue, the speed of there response, and there quick identifying and fixing the issues.

Rather embarrassing (for me) to say, but I had a very simple problem when my breaker box shut off to one area of the home. How to get electric service back?

One electrical contractor planned to send an electrician out on a call to fix. They were late so I called Guerreros. Did you hit the reset button, Mr. Guerrero asked. Why no I hadn't. Let's do that. Yay it is fixed, no service charge, done in 3 minutes.

We recently bought a house during Covid and didn't learn about the electrical issues until a few weeks after closing when we initially wanted to update and add a few outlets around the house. To our surprise we needed to change the electrical panel, sub panel, recessed lightingwalk-throughand other fixtures, bathroom fans, ground outlets, and re-wire the entire home.

We found out from a neighbor that the previous owner tinkered around and made electrical upgrades themselves- a DIYer not a professional. Learning this was very unsettling as we noticed everything would flicker in the home when a device was plugged into an outlet even a phone charger. So we searched electricians and received many bids. We received some estimates that were ridiculously outrageous considering the fact that we do not live in SF and they charged SF costs. We also received some that were low, but wanted us to not push for a permit or notify pg&e of upgrades - highly don't recommend this. Guerrero's estimate was fair and he answered all of our questions during the walk through.

We are very happy and pleased with Guerrero's work. Carlos and his team were early and on time each day. They answered all of the questions, concerns and what-ifs, while walking us through the process throughout the time of the project. My husband and I ask a lot of questions even the same question multiple times to ensure we understood what was going on. Guerrero's team happily answered everything we threw at them. The team was meticulous about their work, very neat, clean and organized from the beginning to end. We highly recommend Guerrero's Electric Inc for all residential projects and they do commercial work as well. If we ever need more work done or renovation upgrades we know we can count on Carlos and his team.
