Carlos emailed me promptly and set up a time to come troubleshoot my various electrical problems (I let them build up until it was worth a call). My previous electrician had retired and I wasn't looking forward to finding a new one, but Guerreros Electric Inc. was highly recommended. I was very happy to find this all true. Communication beforehand was very clear, including the fees (no surprises when they finished). They were prompt, arrived in masks, which they wore the entire time. He explained what my issues were, how they happened, and fixed everything on the spot (they brought what they needed, instead of having to ""run out to get supplies""). We are very happy with their work and would definitely use them in the future.

I have enjoyed Guerreros' excellent electrician services for the six years I've owned my home. Most recently, I had put my house on the market and it was in pristine condition and being shown to potential buyers. Then I needed to switch out a malfunctioning porch light timer, and in doing so, something went wrong with the power to the kitchen disposal and dishwasher. I called Carlos to ask for a service appointment. Instead of booking himself into a paying service call, he asked me to send him photos of the AC outlet and the electrical panel, and told me how to fix the problem myself, over email. This is just another example of what a great and ethical professional he is!

Carlos and his crew just finished a large electrical job at my house that involved rewiring and adding recessed lighting throughout. Carlos' prices were far superior to another prominent electrical company that I interviewed and the work is top notch. The owner came out to do a walk through. My wife had an idea of what she wanted done. Carlos, was extremely professional, and made the proper recommendations. There was no up sale and truly listened to our needs. We shopped other electricians and once we're ready to move forward Carlos is our guy.

There is something to be said for staying loyal when you've found a good service provider.

We had a fluorescent ceiling fixture that we had owned for many years, which suddenly stopped working. It was urgent for us to get the problem resolved. Although all of Carlos's team were booked up for the next couple of days, he managed to juggle his schedule and send out a team the very next morning to replace the ballast. When that did not fix the problem, he actually sent a family member to my home with a couple of new fluorescent tubes. That, too, did not resolve the issue, which meant that the fixture itself was faulty. Carlos would not quit. He recommended that we replace it with a LED fixture (better light and no more tubes to replace!), and within a couple of hours his team was back with a new fixture.

They installed it in record time, and the charge was absolutely reasonable.
