Already a fan. I called with a circuit breaker issue and they were overly thorough to make sure they DIDN'T need to come out for a house call, in an attempt to save me $. Very great service.
While, I didn't need them today, they will be my first company to call in the future!

We contacted Grover Electric for a laundry-list of electrical items we need done around the house and back yard. They sent out Pepe to take a look and we walked him through everything. He was nice enough and seemed knowledgeable, gave us a few suggestions. We followed up with an email to put our list of specific items in writing and asked for an itemized quote. The itemization was important to us because some of the items towards the bottom of our list are just ""nice-to-haves"", we would have them done if they're not that expensive to do, but otherwise we would pass and just focus on the most important items.

After a few follow-up emails and phone calls asking where is our quote, we finally received one (their reason for the delay in getting back to us had something to do with Pepe having some family in town...still not quite sure what that was about). Anyway, they just gave us one lump sum quote, nothing was broken out. It was more expensive than we were expecting, and we thanked them for the quote and again repeated our request to have it itemized so we could determine which ones we felt were still worth it to more forward with.

It's been a couple weeks now, we've never heard back from them, and I'm guessing we never will. Perhaps they have so much business we are not important and they don't need ours.

Rick lives up to his many Yelp reviews. Fairly priced, quality work and if you ask provides reccomendations based on style, cost and functionality. Above and beyond all that he is prompt, communicates well on scheduling, timing and cost. I just moved to the area and have found my go to electrician!

Rick's great! Called him to install track lighting in our home! He's fantastic to work with...punctual, efficient and reasonable and delivered real quality work. I had to call him back cause I couldn't get the track heads to work...turns out it was human error on my side, but he didn't even think of charging me for the return trip!!

Great service, and I'll definitely be using his services again, and highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Rick is AWESOME!!!! So helpful! I called about getting outdoor heaters fixed on my patio & although he couldnt help me with the issue I was having, he stayed on the phone for over 5 mins trying to find a solution/people for me to contact.

Will definitely use services in the future because of that awesome customer service experience!

The power to my refrigerator went out on New Years Day. I called Grover Electric just hoping to schedule a future appointment but Rick actually answered. I told him my situation and he was at my house within an hour and fixed the problem. What more can I say. Amazing service.

Our house had a partial power outage - kitchen still had juice but all bedrooms and bathrooms out. Very annoying! I checked all the GFIs on the outlets and tried resetting the breakers. No Luck. After calling PG&E and getting a automatic service appointment I tried leaving a few messages to some local electricians.

Ric called me back in the morning. He was friendly and best of all asked me questions to try to understand the problem. He said it was better to wait for PG&E to have a first look since if it's an issue that's outside the house, an electrician is unlikely going to help. His advice was spot on and saved me $150 that I would have spent on another electrician who offered to troubleshoot the issue for me. A 5-min phone conversation from Ric helped me attack the right problem. A big Thank You to Ric! He'll be first in my list if I ever need an electrician.

It turned out that Ric was right. PG&E came a few hours later and got my power back up. It was a temporary fix - a long ugly wire from their power box into my smart meter cabinet outside the house. The PG&E guy said their was some outside wire that got damaged - which meant insufficient power going into the house (hence a partial power outage). I'm hoping they return later to get a more permanent fix but for now I'm happy to have power back.

I called Grover Electric mainly because of all of the positive reviews on Yelp. The reviews were spot on!!! Called because our gate to our property wasn't working even though electricity seemed to be working. Rick sent ""his guy"" out to help us within the hour!!!! ""His guy"" Pepe will now be our forever 'go-to' electrician! I can't say enough about Pepe and his persistence to diagnose our problem and fix it while he was at our house. Most electricians or plumbers I have experienced would have giving up on this challenge. Pepe credits himself as being a 'problem solver' when it comes to issues like we had. He is not only a problem solver but he is professional, personable, honest, and determined to complete what he started. After almost exhausting all possible options, he decided to search an area between our main house and the area where the electricity had failed to fully connect. He found a wire sticking out of our hillside that was invisible to me, dug a hole around it and found that the main wires had been eroded away and finally split in half. He repaired the wires which restored power and fixed our gate. Pepe pointed out many areas on our property that had electric boxes that were not water-tight or other areas that needed updating. I will definitely have him back to spend time to fix all of the other much needed repairs and upgrades to keep us safer for the future. I wish all repair technicians had Pepe's integrity and professionalism. I'd give him 10 stars!!

Ric did a very nice job to install NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage in a Sunday morning. He is great man and the work is done very nice and clean. I recommend him. His fee was the lowest.
