So like any ""honest"" licensed C7 low voltage contractor, I hate dealing with line voltage & most electrical projects. Wood working, plumbing, minor construction/landscaping & painting, no problem. All other projects that make me deal with 110/220V...I'll pass.

So had the last element of a Pergola remodel from late last year that needed addressing, a ceiling fan. While I totally could have run an extension cord to an outlet 25' away & called it a day, sanity prevailed & we hired Ric & Grover Electric. BEST DECISION EVER! Ric is a true professional, gave a fair price, suggested a few options I didn't even think of & finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up & was a totally respectable, honest & all around good dude. Would highly recommend!

After a CFL burnt out in our bathroom, I wanted to convert it to LED. Ric provided me with an example of what to get to ensure I had the correct recessed lighting trim kit before Pepe arrived.
Pepe is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions during the installation. He showed me how to adjust the color temperatures on the trim kit if I want to adjust it later on. After he was done, he cleaned up the debris. A very professional and smooth process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Grover Electric and Pepe in particular.

He is friendly, he explained everything he was doing while we were troubleshooting my problem. The power in my Master bedroom and bath was inconsistent and fluctuated when to the point where the ceiling fan light would flash on and off even when turned off. The power would flicker off and turn on or to the point where the power would shut off my CPAP machine and would wake me up.

In looking at Grover Electric's reviews I was a review from a gentleman who had the same problems I did. Grover electric suggested before calling out an electrician to have PG&E to come out to check their electrical connection to make sure the problem wasn't on PG&E's side of the drop.

PG&E did come out and there was no problem on their side of the power drop.

I made an appointment with Grover Electric to trouble shoot my electrical problem.

Pepe came out and immediately found the problem in the power panel. Pepe also did checking to insure the problem was with the power panel. In fact, Pepe could hear the problem circuit sizzle.

Pepe was quick to replace the bad circuit witch solved the power delivery problem.

Given the age of my house and the age of the power panel Pepe suggested to make another appointment for a power panel tune up where all the old circuits are replaced with new ones. I will make a power panel tune up with Pepe.

Pepe also replaced a bad porch light switch for me on the same visit.

I'm sure Rick is an electrician, but for my next appointment for the power panel tune up I'm requesting Pepe. Pepe is GREAT!!!

Very pleased with Rick. We called him when the previous electrician we called couldn't solve the problem. Rick found out what was wrong and fixed the problem for us. Very polite, kind and great at troubleshooting. We now have lights thanks to him, thank you Rick!
