Got an EV charger installed in our garage by Mike and team member, Kieds. They were friendly, efficient, on-time, and overall great to work with. Mike gave me an estimate upfront over Yelp based on some pictures I sent and request. Communicated with him mainly through text. I got some other quotes that were much higher than Mike's. Mike's estimate seemed fair and in ballpark of what I had researched for installation. He seems like an honest and to the point sort of electrician. Would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for an EV charger install or other electric work done!

Mike responded immediately once I reached out for the first time. After giving me a verbal quote, he never responded to my voicemail, phone call, and several text messages. He told me he would call me the next day which he never did and I tried contacting him at least 9-10 times in various forms of communication. Little things go a long way. Professional/ curtesy does too. I wish whatever he quoted he would actually deliver or if he can't take the job, just let people know and it would be much appreciated than having you try to chase him down or your hopes up.

Dealt with Mike. Great experience working with him end-to-end. Explained clearly what the issue was. Subsequently, he was quick to get the replacement part from the nearby store. And replaced it equally quickly. Made sure that changing the part actually fixed the issue.
Wonderful experience end to end. Will go back to Green State for future Electric issues.

Green State came back quickly and gave me a ballpark estimate. I wanted to speak to them and provide more details of the week needed and ask some questions. They went quiet and did not respond. Not a good experience. If you are not interested in the work, you can be upfront.
