I had solar panels and Powerwalls installed. They gave me a fair deal, considering I wanted it done in a pretty complicated manner, that I don't think a lot of cookie-cutter solar companies could have managed. Nick came up with a clever plan and started work almost immediately after I signed the contract. Their work was extremely neat and they definitely didn't skimp on materials. I watched closely and nothing used was a cheaper/lesser product. Their billing, permitting and PG&E PTO process are very streamlined and my system was permitted, PTO'd and generating energy very quickly. There were some hiccups with the system initially, but they stood by their work and got it diagnosed. It ended up being a faulty Tesla component. The system now works as designed and is generating what I expected.

Green Air has been fantastic from start to finish. We had a pretty complicated set-up and Nick was able to figure out the best possible Solar and Powerwall solution. The team are true experts and so enthusiastic about what they do.

The installers were quick, clean and just really great people (sorry I can't remember all the names but thank you all).

Maria expertly keep on top of all the paperwork, navigating PGE to get our NEM 2 application moved over from a different provider (who was not able to come up with a workable solution for us).

To cap it off, we had an unrelated issue with our main panel and GA came out immediately, diagnosed the issue and got everything working again.

Technicians came out as scheduled and went directly to work. Found a problem within the first few minutes. Most of my refrigerant had leaked out due to some sort of leak. They topped off the coolant and said to call if the system wasn't catching up with the outside temperature so they could try and find the leak before I had to pay for all new refrigerant again. I decided to sign on to their monthly protection plan in case of further trouble in the future.Both techs were friendly and professional. Even with my pups in the house.

Diego and Ben were amazing! This was my first service with Green Air and they took care of everything. Solar panels are all clean for the critical spring and summer months, the AC is ready to go and the furnace checked and maintained from the heavy winter use. So happy I was able to find these guys and have one company that can do it all.
