We have used their services several times. We had them add Tesla Power walls and also add additional panels to an existing solar system. Recently, solar panels ,that they did not install, caused a roof leak and they removed all the panels and did an excellent job of repairing a challenging roof and reinstalling the panels. I can see now, after four more Yelp replies with you attacking me that you are a bit thin skinned and cannot handle constructive criticism.

I mealy stated that your company Green Air became the new Owners of Certified as they followed up on Certified's commitment to service my new heater. Green Air came out to do the annual inspection of my NEWLY purchased Heater from Certified. There were some issues with that heater and Green Air Technicians corrected them quickly. We thank you for that.

I was asked if I wished to continue my annual service and I responded positively.

Green Air sent me a DOCUSIGN agreement for more than double my previous agreement and that prompted me to question who would be handling the warrantee of my new $10,000 heater?

Well, here we are today.

I caution all of your prospective customers to be aware of just who you are!
I respect your Service and apologies for your becoming disabled while doing so.
I despise the fact that you hide behind it!

I also see that your company has many honorable Technicians and I hope they can continue to serve the Public despite your miserable presence as ""Owner"".

So now I will dissect your Second Response:

I don't understand why you are targeting a Disabled Veteran-Owned business over $3/month. My cheapest plan is $11.95/month; you asked for it to be $8.95, and I said no. This isn't 3 times more either, as you claimed in your previous review.

ME:
I never targeted anyone and especially a Disabled Veteran!
I reminded You that my previous Monthly Bill with Certified was $8.95 a Month. I did not ask, I expected it to be the same going forward.
Your refusal forced me to inquire if you intended to honor the warrantee on my new Heater that you had just serviced under my existing agreement with Certified Heating.

You threatened me with your reply. I am sure the Lawyer you speak of will present your threat in Court.

When a company goes bankrupt, all their promises to you, including warranties, go away. This is common knowledge; hence going ""bankrupt""; everything and everyone lose. If the manufacturer stands by the product, that's different; however, the labor warranty, workmanship guarantee, etc. are all gone.

Both Ben and Diego were fantastic. It was nice to have one stop shopping for gutter, cleaning and systems maintenance.

I had solar panels and Powerwalls installed. They gave me a fair deal, considering I wanted it done in a pretty complicated manner, that I don't think a lot of cookie-cutter solar companies could have managed. Nick came up with a clever plan and started work almost immediately after I signed the contract. Their work was extremely neat and they definitely didn't skimp on materials. I watched closely and nothing used was a cheaper/lesser product. Their billing, permitting and PG&E PTO process are very streamlined and my system was permitted, PTO'd and generating energy very quickly. There were some hiccups with the system initially, but they stood by their work and got it diagnosed. It ended up being a faulty Tesla component. The system now works as designed and is generating what I expected.
