100% thoroughly impressed with Grayzer Electric. The entire experience, from the first phone call, to the finished product, was great. The price was also better than nearly everyone else. Very friendly group of people, and very good at what they do. I will, without question, only be calling Grayzer next time I need some electrical work done. I will also recommend them to anyone I know who needs an electrician.

The project: We bought a double oven, which required a 40 amp line, and our house was only wired for 30 amps to the oven. They came out and ran new 40 amp line, installed the new breaker, and got it completely ready for me to install the oven. The workmanship all looks excellent, and the electrician left without leaving a trace of any mess. Oven is now installed, and working perfectly.

We sought quotes from several electricians before settling on Grayzer. These guys were half the price of their competitors and were willing to do electric work even though we inherited a very old electric box with the house. Our job turned out to be more complicated than we originally thought, but Max was fantastic and very knowledgeable, giving us every confidence the job was done correctly without changing the price. We plan on reaching back out to them when we upgrade our electric box to a more modern version.

The electrician SPIT CHEWWING TOBACCO ON MY CONDO FLOOR multiple times. Please do your self a favor and never use this company. Unless of course you want an incompetent electrician coming over to attempt to figure out a solution.

I show up at the property at the same time the electrician and we shake hands etc. This condo was built in the 1960's so the wiring is a lot different than modern day wiring, but as soon as I open the door he starts freaking out, using very unprofessional presentation, tone, and language , basically demeaning me. I then tell him that we, do indeed know what we need done, and he is more than welcome to stay as long as it takes. Well he goes on still freaking out because he can't figure out why a few outlets aren't working. He test wires to find out nothing of relevance, while spitting tobacco all over my SOCO condo. The only reason I didn't tell him to leave was because I wanted to get the electrical fixed and this is supposedly the best company in Austin according to yelp. He spends 2 3/4 hour there which honestly half the time he wasn't doing anything at all beside being unprofessional. Then I get stuck with a pretty hefty bill for someone to come vandalize my condo, complete nothing AT ALL, and demean myself and my place. Not to mention having to clean up someone's TOBACCO SPITT after all of that.

I highly recommend Grayzer Electric. They give prompt, honest service and their pricing is reasonable. Jeff installed the electrical supply for our chicken coop, set up the system for low voltage landscaping in our front and backyards, and coordinated with our fencing company to install the electricity for an electric gate. He did an excellent job of analyzing the situation-- as the home was new to us and we knew nothing about the existing electrical wiring system. We will most definitely be calling him again.

If you're in need of an electrician then you should contact Grayzer right now, get on their schedule and them come back and let me tell you why you've made a great choice. My wife and I discovered that whomever installed our microwave previously had driven a screw through a wire. Seeing that we now know that a questionable wire exists inside our wall we decided to seek an electrician. I emailed Grayzer and they immediately got back to me to set up an appointment. The day of my appointment they showed up promptly. They we're quick to get to work and we're able to finish the job well within the time they had estimated. They did a great job but also worked as efficiently as possible and they totally lived up to their claim of an ""incredibly affordable price"". The price paid was completely fair and I will have zero hesitation contacting Grayzer again when needing the services of an electrician.

I can't say how pleased I am with the plumber, the AC person, and now the electrician that I have found through Yelp. Max was fantastic. He called ahead of time, showed up at 8:00 on the dot, and was very friendly. He fixed my major problem very quickly, and then we went through the list of minor issues that the inspector found when I bought my home, but which I never bothered fixing. Start to finish, everything was top notch. Next up is the real challenge, trying to find a mechanic...

We hired Grayzer Electric to come install a conduit in our living room for us to run TV/Home entertainment wiring through the wall. Our technician, Jim, was professional and fast. We could not ask for better service. Not to mention, the price was extremely reasonable! Very happy with the service and will be remember them for future work.
