I hired Grayzer to replace my 18 year old main breaker panel that was showing burning on the bus bars and occasional AC breaker trip on a hot summer day if I left the panel closed. I wanted to start fresh without worrying about it again for a long time. They weren't the cheapest quote I got, and they couldn't get to the job as soon I was would have liked, but they were the ones I felt the most comfortable in using.

They sent Victor out to do the work and he's a great guy. Oncor didn't show up on time to pull the meter like they were supposed to, but that didn't phase (pun intended) Victor. Instead of sitting around in his truck and waiting, he worked on the parts he could do while we waited for Oncor, such as driving the new 4 foot grounding rods and building up the new panel. He did this to minimize my electric downtime, which I and my Koi in my pond appreciated very much. He was meticulous and the job is very clean, which makes my OCD happy. Plus, he did it all in the heat with the sun beating down on him. At the end of the job, he spent a lot of time going over all the work with me, explaining what everything was, and giving pointers on various things. He even took a look at my sub-panel while bringing each circuit up individually to minimize in-rush. Victor even put on a cutout cover free of charge to cover the hole in the sub-panel when I moved a breaker down a slot.

I plan to have a new outdoor circuit run sometime soon, and they will be the ones that get the work. Won't even look for another quote, I like them that much.

This review is long overdue as I had Grayzer come out months ago - better late than never!

Grayzer is my electrician of choice for any job at my house till the end of time. That's right - End. Of. Time.

I have had Grayzer out to my house twice and have used Max for both jobs. They always complete the job perfectly, quickly, and at a good cost. They give you the option of either buying Paris from them and paying for the labor, or you can buy your own parts and just pay for labor. I have had to do both and absolutely zero complaints. They sell their parts at close to the same price as me buying them at the Big Box stores, so I don't mind just getting out from them from here on out.

For the first job, my wife and I wanted to install can lights in the living room. Max came out, offered his recommendation on placement and spacing and it looks great. We get a lot of compliments on them and I can't stop recommending Grayzer to friends.

If you need an electrician - don't look anywhere else. Grayzer is your company to use.

Recent lightning strike caused considerable damage to my AC, doorbell, TV, and other electronic gear in my house. Max from Grayzer installed a whole house surge protector to my breaker box outside as a preventative measure so it doesn't happen again. A good investment for $150 + labor. This is my third time this year to use Grayzer, and they have yet to disappoint. They are always prompt, polite, professional, and they clean up after themselves without you having to ask.

Overall we had a great experience w/Grayzer Electric. I called to have recessed lighting installed in the kitchen. They called back soon after, happily answered all of my questions and were available to do the work within a week. Max was the electrician who arrived (along with an assistant), and he did a great job consulting with me at every step of the way (ie., if the location had to slightly change with the canned lights). They laid plastic down on the floors, walls, and cabinets before starting and cleaned up the area nicely when they were finished. Max is very friendly, knowledgable, and you can tell he takes pride in his finished work. We will be definitely calling them up again for our future needs. Thanks, Max!
