When a pipe breaks at my house, I know what needs to be done. When the paint is peeling, I know what needs to be done. When the electrical system isn't working properly, I don't have a clue what needs to be done. Situations like that leave me feeling vulnerable to dishonest companies. I will never worry about that when calling GOT Electrical. Steve was communicative from the start, his crew showed up on time and they got the work completed. Everyone was very nice and professional. The friend that recommended GOT Electrical said Steve is the best, and that turned out to be the truth.

He was prompt and patient with us! He didn't give us any sales pitch but simply heard our concerns and was very diligent with what needed to be done!

Update: I had electrical issues after some Sheetrock's were removed and exposed old electrical work which could have been catastrophic but Steven and his team promptly came and resolved it.

He is meticulous about his work!! Thank you Steve!!

Got electrical was used by our contractor on the addition of our house. They are exceptionally competent and knowledgeable and even made suggestions that greatly improved our lighting plan. They were also extremely efficient and pleasant on the job site.

They serve peninsula too! I got a couple jobs done with Got Electrical? and would definitely recommend. Most important thing is Steve is someone I can trust. You don't meet many contractors who don't try to upsell or over-charge. Steve came to do an assessment of my electrical system. He had a great opportunity to upsell but actually gave professional and fair opinion on what I do and do not need done. He's very knowledgeable. Now I just trust his advice.

Steve's team was great too. Quality job, on time, communicative, wear masks, keep the site clean. They were also easy to schedule which was amazing.

The only thing was sometimes it was hard to get hold of Steve. I almost didn't use them because of it but am glad I followed up and we got it working.

For years, I have wanted to add an additional outlet in my kitchen. I shopped around for an electrician over the phone. Steve stood out as a helpful and honest person so I decided to hire him for the job. Steve and his crew installed a new circuit and outlet in my kitchen.
