I have never used Steve prior and after a remodel of a bedroom with installation by another contractor, the recessed lights would not work anymore.
I called Steve and he was able to swing by the next business day. He was polite and professional, and in addition was respectful to my property.
He diagnosed the problem immediately and addition agreed to replace some outlets at the same time. Highly recommend Steve, he saved the day!

I wanted to upgrade my rental home's electrical system. The breaker box was old, fuses were constantly tripping, circuits were overloaded. I contacted several electricians and had trouble getting a clear answer about what needed to be done. The estimates I received were confusing, and did not really seem to address the problem, but I am NOT an electrician so it was hard for me to judge.

Steve gave me a clear idea of what he would do, his communication was quick and excellent. His proposal made sense and his costs were reasonable. Within a week of the proposal the job is finished and quickly passed inspection. I am pleased and hoping that my electrical issues are now behind me.

Lighting & Landscape lighting. Steve and his worker installed all new exterior wall lanterns plus did all of landscape lighting (malibu) include repairing and re-wiring all of my cable, utilities wiring that my contractor left they stucco my house. It took him and his worker 1.5 days to complete the project. He came with me to Lowes to buy all of the materials needed for malibu lights and wall lanterns. Wall lanterns were a special order purchased from another company. Steve is very neat and tidy. He never leave without picking up his materials and tools. Great price and high qualty. This is my 2nd project with Steve. He also install wall circuits/plates inside the home. My wife and I will use him again in the future for any electrical work.

Needed to get two bathroom fans replaced (my condo in Fremont). Steve came On Saturday and we realized the fan cover was small. He came with me to HomeDepot and helped em selected a fan with the right sized grill. He came back the next day to get it installed.

He was on time both days. Installed both fans in good time, less than 1 hr 30 mins. The work was excellent. He had covers for the bathroom so nothing got dirty. And he cleaned up once done. Excellent work on the electricals, full marks for super clean work as well.

Extremely impressed and would highly recommend.
Steve is great at what he does, extremely honest, reliable, and a thoroughly nice guy.
