I hired Jacob to install a ceiling fan (with a new dimmer switch) and Ring floodlight in locations without wiring and he exceeded all expectations.

Jacob arrived on time (he called me and asked if he could arrive early in fact). He was extremely friendly when he arrived, came into my home and I showed him where I would like the lights installed and then he got to work.

Jacob was extremely professional. He asked a few questions about the install (my preferences) and then had the fan together in less than 10 minutes. Shortly after that, he had it on the ceiling. He then attached the floodlight to the house, ran wiring from the fan to the new switch and the floodlight. He then climbed in the attic and ran power to the new appliances. He did all of this in under 3 hours.

When Jacob left he made sure he left no trace of his presence. He had laid plastic floor and furniture covers over the area he was working to catch any debris that may arise from the installations.

Overall, I would highly recommend Jacob and Goch and Sons to anyone with electrical needs. Thank you Jacob for your tremendous work.

We had Jacob come in a couple of months ago to switch out our screw-in-halogen recessed lighted with led recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, and a whole house fan. He did a great job! For the whole house fan, we chose the switch with variable timer so that it will turn off after whatever setting we chose (6 options from 5 minutes to 4 hours), and it is great. I agree with the others that because he is so popular, he is booked for several weeks, so call him early. We would definitely hire him back in the future.

Jacob is fantastic! I've had him out three times in the last few months as I'm doing a kitchen remodel. Each time he's arrived as committed and gotten the work done. He's super easy to work with and had really made my project go smoother than expected. I like that he thinks outside the box and comes up with elegant solutions where others may be stumped.

Jacob and his son were fantastic! Professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and did great work. Very honest and reasonably priced as well.

The only downside is that since these guys are THE BEST, they were booked solid for weeks, so we had to schedule pretty far in advance. (But my husband also missed the first appointment - completely our fault - and Jacob was incredibly nice and understanding, with no extra charge to come out again when he had another time slot open.)

Anyway, given his great price and top-notch quality, we can see why Jacob is so popular. We'll definitely be referring all our friends to him and will use him for all our future electrical needs!
