They *by far* knew more about that process and best practices than any other electrician we contacted. Performed quality - permitted work. Brilliant was efficient, on time and the crew left the place better than they found it post installation. These are the best folks to install your new electric charger imo.

I called GBE on Monday at 8am and a tech was at my house ON TIME at 130 the SAME DAY. The tech identified the problem, a faulty GFI outlet in the garage, in two minutes. He replaced the GFI and I was able to save all the perishables in the garage fridge. Nice young man, great service, very professional. CANT RECOMMEND Go Brilliant Electric enough. 10 STARS!

I needed a bedroom ceiling light replaced with a fan/light fixture along with a new outdoor electrical outlet installed. It was very easy to schedule an on line appointment and get an estimate. I needed a NEMA-1450 outlet installed for my electric car, and I called Brilliant electric, and they sent over someone to give a free estimate. The estimate was reasonable, and I think they offered the most cost efficient way to do the work-which is a good sign right off the bat. The service crew was on time, efficient, and did a wonderful job, and my over the phone, and payment experience was equally good. I would recommend them based on this experience.

I've been using GoBrilliant's service since 2013 and have always had a great experience. This time I had an urgent need to have my problematic kitchen & dining light switch replaced before heading out of the country for a trip. Chanel & Sarah juggled schedules to squeeze me in within 48 hrs. The switch was a bit complicated as the sides of the metal plate it sits on had to be cut & customized to fit the dual lightbox, so I sent photos of the current setup ahead of time. Louis (the electrician) arrived on time with his mask & shoe covers, and to my delight, he'd already pre-cut the metal part of the switch to match the photo I sent. This made it easier to replace the unit quickly. The cost was transparent & reasonable and once again I'm happy with their service and results. Thank you GoBrilliant team!
