I had a room and a hallway with a lights/plugs out and the circuit breaker would not restore power. I was able to get Brilliant out to troubleshoot and repair in 24 hours and they were fantastic. When Jaziel (the electrician from Brilliant) was done he asked me if I had any questions and I showed him an unrelated problem elsewhere in the house and he recommended a different power switch from the sort I was using and explained what the issue was there as well. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. I can't recommend Brilliant Electric enough.

I had an opportunity to interface with Brilliant Electric after scheduling an Appointment made based on a recommendation from my home warranty company. Angela was quick to call me to schedule an appointment and Frank R sent an email confirmation with email appointment confirmation details. Angela also took care of my special needs to ensure tech on board return a heads up 30 minutes call prior to actual arrival at home so I've enough window to start from my work to meet with my appointment slot in the 2 hrs window. JD Arrived dead on time and quickly jumped in to check out the problem area related to GFCI breakers in the Kitchen receptacle and Pool Light. For pool light, JD patiently answered my questions, even helped me to connect the dots between my Pentair pool power panel box and circuit breaker power wiring connection in between to Main Serice Panel breaker. After JD explained me that power to GFCI comes in only when 15A associated breaker is ON and if I plug in other heavy-duty applicances then I might potentially be disturbing the chemistry of load sharing and could burn out the programming module inside the pool box. I was convinced right there and then that I was dealing with a smarty technical person. JD was very professional, pleasant, smiling and courteous. JD then looked at the GFIC inside the house in the Kitchen area and quickly figured out the GFCI Reset/Test spring latching mechanism seems to be non-functional. He quickly went ahead and replaced with another new GFCI and I test it to ensure everything was back in order and business.
Bottomline, JD is a smart, reliable and quality level techy person with an excellent service and communication plus attention to details are awesome.
I'd now start calling in Brilliant Electric more frequently for all my household all voltage level needs and requirements and also would strongly recommend them to all my friends and family members. Truly, they are go-getters, hands-on, and brilliant troubleshooters plus sharp debuggers and quality finishers!

Brilliant Homes, Inc. performed some repairs on our property in San Jose and did the work professionally and on time about a week ago. The tenant was happy to have the electrical repairs resolve the problem but subsequently, the tenant reported other electrical issues after the other repair was done so we asked Brillant Homes to return to investigate and/or fix the ongoing problem. Nick, did the service call today and performed a thorough, professionall investigation and identified and solved the problem. First impressions are important, and Brilliant Homes service, professionalism, and results were five-star. In addition, Jesus delivered persevering service, he just wouldn't give up! On the day of the second appointment (second one after a first successful one, 'cept he didn't have a rheostat light switch), we called the Brilliant Homes office, and asked them, in addition to what we had already asked, could they look at our range hood lights. One would not work, and we could not get the bulb out. Jesus did, although even for him it was a Herculean effort. He recommended a different low wattage light bulb, which works fine in both range hood receptacles. Excellent advice!

Originally, we had a ceiling fan and light go out. We went out and bought a replacement unit, and asked Brilliant Homes to help us out installing it. But, surprise, they fixed the old one instead. We are returning the new fan/lighting replacement unit.

Really really good service. I recommend this company to you.

I can't say enough great things about Brilliant Electric. They were responsive, professional, and their service standards make their competition obsolete. My fan started malfunctioning and because it was discontinued it was not an easy fix. I made the mistake of taking it to a company in the south bay because of proximity. They told me they would get back to me in a week with a diagnosis. When two weeks went by with no word I called them for an update. They told me their technician had been out sick and would have an update by the end of the day. That day turned into multiple days with no contact. I called them and they were clueless about what needed to be done. When I contacted Brilliant Electric they told me they would pick the fan up and start work on it right away. They also quoted me a price that was more than reasonable. They wound up having to ship some parts around because it is a discontinued model but kept me abreast of the changes. When it was all said and done they honored the quote even though the costs exceeded that amount! I don't know much of anything about electrical work but I know a good company when I see one and Brilliant Electric will be my go to company for all things electrical going forward.

I was having electrical problems with my ceiling fan not working properly, so I called my insurance and they sent Brilliant Electric. I have to take one star away because I had to call several times before I could schedule anyone for an appointment. I was told that I needed a new ceiling fan but Fidelity had to approve it first. It was approved and they ordered it and replaced it. The repairman did a great job and was easy to work with. I'm a happy camper with a new fan!

Very impressed by this company! I just needed a new electrical outlet installed and the Wi-Fi re-routed in my guest bedroom-a very small job but it required running wiring under the house. JD and Nick knocked the job out in less than two hours and the price was less than the original bid. They were very friendly and professional, as was the receptionist who first scheduled the appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend Go Brilliant Electric.
Addendum: After I wrote this ,I went out to my back yard and noticed the electricians had left the electrical junction box wide open and had not run the new Wi Fi cable through the grommet so I could not just close the box myself. I called and left a message, it was fixed the next morning.
