Right now is a very tough time to even have an electrician call you back; yet alone show up on time and follow thru!

Brilliant Homes, Inc. performed some repairs on our property in San Jose and did the work professionally and on time about a week ago. The tenant was happy to have the electrical repairs resolve the problem but subsequently, the tenant reported other electrical issues after the other repair was done so we asked Brillant Homes to return to investigate and/or fix the ongoing problem. Nick, did the service call today and performed a thorough, professionall investigation and identified and solved the problem. Great service by professional and courteous staff and we highly recommend their company for electrical repairs. Thank you Brilliant Homes!

First impressions are important, and Brilliant Homes service, professionalism, and results were five-star. In addition, Jesus delivered persevering service, he just wouldn't give up! On the day of the second appointment (second one after a first successful one, 'cept he didn't have a rheostat light switch), we called the Brilliant Homes office, and asked them, in addition to what we had already asked, could they look at our range hood lights. One would not work, and we could not get the bulb out. Jesus did, although even for him it was a Herculean effort. He recommended a different low wattage light bulb, which works fine in both range hood receptacles. Excellent advice!

Originally, we had a ceiling fan and light go out. We went out and bought a replacement unit, and asked Brilliant Homes to help us out installing it. But, surprise, they fixed the old one instead. We are returning the new fan/lighting replacement unit.

Really really good service. I recommend this company to you.

I can't say enough great things about Brilliant Electric. They were responsive, professional, and their service standards make their competition obsolete. My fan started malfunctioning and because it was discontinued it was not an easy fix. I made the mistake of taking it to a company in the south bay because of proximity. They told me they would get back to me in a week with a diagnosis. When two weeks went by with no word I called them for an update. They told me their technician had been out sick and would have an update by the end of the day. That day turned into multiple days with no contact. I called them and they were clueless about what needed to be done. When I contacted Brilliant Electric they told me they would pick the fan up and start work on it right away. They also quoted me a price that was more than reasonable. They wound up having to ship some parts around because it is a discontinued model but kept me abreast of the changes. When it was all said and done they honored the quote even though the costs exceeded that amount! I don't know much of anything about electrical work but I know a good company when I see one and Brilliant Electric will be my go to company for all things electrical going forward.

I was referred to them by my Home Warranty Company. Unfortunately, it's unlikely they'll be doing the work for me (due to the way the home warranty company works), which is really sad for me because I could tell that Sarah knows her business and would have high hopes for this company.

I was having electrical problems with my ceiling fan not working properly, so I called my insurance and they sent Brilliant Electric. I have to take one star away because I had to call several times before I could schedule anyone for an appointment. I was told that I needed a new ceiling fan but Fidelity had to approve it first. It was approved and they ordered it and replaced it. The repairman did a great job and was easy to work with. I'm a happy camper with a new fan!

I wanted to take a moment and just share what a pleasant experience I've had with brilliant electric. I had them take care of all of my electrical needs on a new business I was opening 2012. There staff was always here on a timely manner and worked very clean and finished all projects in a timely manner. The staff is very knowledgeable, experienced, and you can trust that it would be done safely or make suggestions if needed. I've used them through many other times and still feel the same way. Really want to say thank you for the pleasant experience.

Very impressed by this company! I just needed a new electrical outlet installed and the Wi-Fi re-routed in my guest bedroom-a very small job but it required running wiring under the house. JD and Nick knocked the job out in less than two hours and the price was less than the original bid. They were very friendly and professional, as was the receptionist who first scheduled the appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend Go Brilliant Electric.
Addendum: After I wrote this ,I went out to my back yard and noticed the electricians had left the electrical junction box wide open and had not run the new Wi Fi cable through the grommet so I could not just close the box myself. I called and left a message, it was fixed the next morning.

I had an intermittent electrical problem that started occurring about once a week for about 2 months. I contacted another electrician who seemed clueless and charged a lot, so I had an appointment to meet for a free quote with Go Brilliant Electric.

I met with Christian and his partner Jesus, who I walked through everything that has been happening, what was on/off when the problems occurred, and what I did to temporarily fix the issue.

These two figured the problem out pretty quickly and told me what I had done as a temporary fix was actually not doing anything and was just dumb luck that the electricity kicked back on. I was amazed on how fast they determined the problem, and they made a call to the office and wrote up a quote on the spot, which was a LOT cheaper than the previous electrician. I also was amazed how the other electrician missed the somewhat simple problem.

The problem was simple, but the work sounded about 3/4 of a day worth of work with rewiring, upgrading a fuse box to breakers, and installing new mounting circuits which makes their scheduling amazing as well. The quote was finished in the late afternoon, and after signing the quote, they did the work the next morning. Very impressed!

It's hard to find real professionals nowadays who don't cut corners and try to drain every dollar out of you for less work. This company doesn't do that.

Definitely recommended. Will use them again if needed. Thanks again for the outstanding work!
