Very disappointing work and service. We got a quote to fix a few things, couple Of different folks showed up, did small fixes and since it was a rainy day said they would come back to finish the rest. took the check and never came back. I have sent emails and left voicemails and no response. Not to mention the two fixes they did to prevent tripping, did not work.

I have had Glo Electric out several times for various issues. They are prompt, professional and trustworthy. Before I found Glo Electric I feel that I was taken advantage several times by other electricians. Trust me, Glo Electric company is a god send. TRUSTWORTHY.

Very disappointing service.

Overcharged me to have an electrical box replaced. Did the work, but left a mess behind which I had to spend an extra hour cleaning. Also when my insurance company would not pay for the job, Dave promised to help me with the situation, but then ghosted me.

I would give Glo Electric 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I've used them twice so far (soon to be 3 times) Once to install a Tesla Level II charger in my garage where they installed the charger and ran wire to the subpanel.

This latest time I lost power to my office/bedroom, and they diagnosed it as a missing/faulty neutral. They came out and ran new wire from the subpanel thru the crawlspace and rewired the outlets isolating that room as it's own circuit instead of also powering miscellaneous plugs and switches outside the room as it was before.

I run sensitive computer equipment in my office so I totally appreciated that it was now separate from other circuits in the house that might lead to spikes/dips in power etc.

Ryan did the initial diagnosis and then James and Cory did the repair. Each one of them was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great pleasure to talk to. They explained things clearly and were very respectful of my home's interior while they worked, wearing booties inside, being careful moving furniture, and cleaning up completely when they were finished.

Their prices were MORE than reasonable which was especially helpful since I'm also doing major construction landscaping at this time and money is tight.

My quote was only for the circuit of the bedroom, but I mentioned that I was also having troubles with one light switch in my foyer and they took a quick look and noticed it was wired incorrectly in some way. They quickly fixed the wiring and now the switch works! No charge, very nice!

The single biggest point of appreciation (there were many) for me though was that James showed me a burnt, melted wire nut he replaced that had been for some time heating up at one of the junctions because of bad/deteriorated wire contact; It was blackened badly and the housing was melted away and separating from the conducting spring inside. He only checked that wall switch (that was being used as a junction) because he was being very thorough checking everything electrical in the room even though I said I was only having problems with the outlets. He said even though it was still inside the fire retardant housing box in the wall, it could definitely have been the source of a fire. Looking at the condition of the wire nut, I think it was well within the realm of probability that Glo Electric saved me from a potentially VERY bad situation in the future! They took care of several significant issues outside the scope of the quote, but still honored the original quote;

For that, and all the other ways this company and it's employees is excellent, Glo Electric is my Electrical Go-To company for life!

Highest rating and Highest compliments to how they run their business! and I heartily recommend them to any and all looking to have electrical work done!

One of the most important things about being a homeowner is having a go to Plumber, Contractor, and Electrician I had the first two, now I have the electrician! Trifecta! :)

Two light switches in both bathrooms of my house stopped working and Glo Electric came out and fixed them within about 15 ,minutes. They were great. They were on time, actually a little early, and very good about taking care of the problem. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. I phoned one other electrician on Yelp, that I prefer not to name, who was asking around $400 just to come out for an estimate. Not so with Glo Electric. They're extremely reasonably priced.

I knocked over a lamp and somehow messed up the electricity for almost my entire upstairs. After trying to Google and not finding anyone to help, I remembered Yelp. Glo answered within minutes and less than an hour later [at 9:45pm on the Saturday after Thanksgiving no less] Ryan was here to figure out what was wrong. A little less than an hour after that we had power. So thankful for them. They were up front about cost and Ryan explained what happened and answered my questions about possible future issues. 10/10 recommend.

I was having issues with my breaker and James came out right away and fixed the issue. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and how he fixed it. I have called them to come back out for a different reason and the other Electrician (I didn't catch his name), who came out was just as knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend!
