We called them for help with installing a new breaker and they said they can come the next day between 10am to 12pm but they didn't show up. We called to see if they're coming but they told us our appointment's not on their schedule and said we probably made an appointment with a different company, which we didn't. They came out that afternoon but the electrician said they'd need to come back next week to do the installation. They scheduled an appointment for the following week and said they'd come between 10-12pm. Didn't show up again...so we called and they said our appointments not on their schedule and the earliest they can come out is the following Monday. Hopefully they show up next week but it's very frustrating because this happened twice and we carved out time during the day so we'd be home when they arrive...

Glo Electric was the only company that answered the phone after hours. There are very few electricians open 24 hours and most companies listed as 24 hours did not pick up or return my call. James and his team came by the next morning and got to work right away. They are friendly, super easy to work with, and James is a second generation electrician so he really knows everything about electrical work. I highly recommend Glo Electric!

Just to close the loop, the issue was identified by another electrical handyman as the remote control receiver was bad. The receiver with new remote was $30 replacement from amazon. If I had believed Glo electric it would be $400 labor + cost of a new fan.

Our lights were flickering and I tried myself to open the panel cover only to hear a massive pop noise. This is when I realized I was out of my league.

Five star service beginning to end using this company. Dave came out for an assessment on the electrical at my home. The issue was narrowed down quickly. It turns out its never a good idea to add solar and a car charger to a 50 year old power box.

We had a new power box installed the very next day. Everything has been great since. James installed the panel for us in a timely manner. Pricing was transparent and before starting the project. Follow through was flawless.

Needless to say thr HOA I live in now has this company's number on speed dial.

They were very nice and professional. James and his apprentice spent at least an hour looking for the reason i smelled burning wires he changed somthing on one of the wires, and told me to call him if i smelled it again. They were gor an hour and didnt charge me . Will definitely use them agsin
