We bought our Generx Generator system over a year ago to be certain we could remain safe at home during a hurricane. My husband has a disability that necessitates full time care and a desire to remain at home. Ten days ago I heard a ""pop"" then my dryer wouldn't start and I had company. After due diligence I ordered a new dryer. The dryer came and didn't work. The installers said I needed an electrician, so the dryer went back. The electrician made an evening call and said the Generator module was the problem. I called Generx Rob at 9:30pm and this morning a scheduler called to let me know Armando would be there today. Bless his heart -- Armando replaced the defective part not only in the module connecting the dryer but also in the second module. I was extremely impressed with the urgency to help us, efficiency and the quality of work and Armando's kindness. We are very satisfied with Generx and Armando and Rob etc. Thank you! Carol

RUN away from any Generac home services. Customer service is HORRIBLE, product is worse. (22kw whole home)
Neighbor went with Briggs.......no problems what so ever and we owned same amount of time. Better product period. I forgot to mention during the install the amount of sprinkler lines and landscape lighting fixtures that had to be made. Unsatisfactory install experience.

Anyone want to buy a slightly used 22KW whole home Generac generator?

From the scheduling to the day of service, Generx personnel all delivered professionally and as promised. The technicians, Angel and Nate, called ahead of their visit and were great to work with and explained everything to us. We feel better knowing we are ready for storm season.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the customer service I received from GenerX Generators. The PUNTA GORDA branch office were great to work with from start to completion. The workmanship was very professional and efficient. Ended up with a 500 gal buried propane tank for about 10-12 days of run time. I went with GenerX because they are a large volume Generac dealer and have a support team of highly trained technicians for all of the Generac products and components, and thwart are a 24x7x365 service center.

Generx kept our old generator working - even through Irma when we lost power for a week - and was amazing to work with when we replaced it and bought a new one. Their service personnel are always courteous and most professional. I would not trust anyone else to work on our generator. They have served several of our neighbors, too.

Horrible !!! Unresponsive, unreliable. Sales person would not return numerous ! phone calls even though he visted my property. Numerous calls to him and the business and no responce..just tried to get the unresponsive salesman to call me again. I finally , after months, said..then send another sales person .. and he did the same ! Its been almost 4 months ! I was told I would recieve a responce within a week. If your sales people are that backed up then you need more sales people. I assume theyre busy ( althougn I never was told they were backed up...I was told he will call you by tomorrow).but this is just insulting. They have looked at my old generator and set up so all I need is a price for a new one. Its simple !!! And this is after I spent ten thousand dollars to them on my previous generator and paid them for maintance and thousands on repairs. Ive been in sales and I would NEVER treat a customer this way..no matter how busy I was. Especially on a task so simple. Sick of the ""oh Im so sorry "" responce only to repeat same behavior. I have been more than patient and polite. You people realllly stink. I overlooked your horrible business practice that lasted long after Irma but, this is insulting. Clearwater , Fla.
