Yevgeny is great! BestBuy delivered a new stove to me today. The stove wouldn't push flush to the wall, because its recessed areas didn't match the orientation of the gas pipe. Yevgeny answered my call, asked me to send photos, took a lot of time on the phone to explain my options, and came by two hours later. Wow! There were a couple complications during the job (like, the BestBuy guys didn't correctly position the anti-tip bracket), and Yevgeny handled everything expertly. He was good-humored, informative, and charged exactly the reasonable price he had estimated at the start. I will definitely call him when I need help in the future!

Yevgeny is the best! I was impressed and very pleased with how quickly he was able to come out, inspect the job and give us a fair quote. He answers telephone calls himself and is terrific at follow up. He's friendly, helpful and, most of all, very patient in explaining exactly what work is needed, why it is needed and how long it will take to perform the work. Our first call to him was when a Recology truck pulled down the power connection between our house and PG&E. We're so pleased with him that we're going to have him make a variety of repairs to our Victorian. I recommend Yevgeny absolutely and without reservation.

General SF is my go-to for anything gas line/plumbing! I've tried the guys you see from the big plumbing companies with the vans all over SF and they're hard to get a hold of and I'm realizing do a mediocre job. Yevgeny of General SF is crazy responsive and does the job right. This is the second time I've called him and he's great. He made time for me same-day, quickly identified the problem with my sink, went out of his way to go out at night to pick up some parts, called to see if he could come back same-night (!) and totally fixed the problem. Friendly and honest. He's also licensed as a GC which really shows when he explains the options for fixing problems. Price was beyond fair and he even let my 2 year old feel like he was involved in the repair! Can't say enough good things about Yevgeny!

My mom's previous water heater installation had gone bad 1 month after installation. The previous plumber could not fix it and asked me to call the 800 number water heater manufacturer to get a part replaced. In a panic I found General SF on Yelp and called Yevgeny. He tried to explain options to me over the and then said he could come after 6pm that same day. In just 5 min, Yevgeny found and fixed the problem! I was amazed! I'll highly recommend Yevgeny and glad I found such a reliable person to fix plumbing or electrical needs.
