To my surprise, Yevgeniy was over in less than two hours. He carefully inspected our kitchen plumbing and faucet, explained in detail what happened and offered different replacement options. We had a leak under our sink from a corroded pipe and Yevgeny was able to come out on short notice, on a Sunday no less.

He was very knowledgeable and competent, and explained to us the tradeoffs associated with the different options (e.g. replacing one section vs. multiple sections). He obviously cared a lot about making sure the problem was solved in a high-quality way.

Once we made a decision, he was able to fix the issue in an hour and a half (he brought all the parts needed), as well as test to make sure there was no more leakage. He even took Venmo!

All in all, it was a terrific experience and we would absolutely call him again if another issue arises. Thanks, Yevgeny!

Had high hopes after seeing all the positive reviews here. Contacted Yevgeny via phone and told him what I need done and asked if he was able to help. He asked for photos and things seemed promising. After a couple of texts about the project (installing an exterior security camera with wiring needing) I never heard back from him again. I don't know if my project was too small on the scale of electrical work and not worth it or what, but would have been nice to have some follow up and/or follow through. I'm the one paying for service so I won't follow up and chase you down for work if you don't want it. First impressions do make or break deals.

There is a reason the General SF has 252 five star reviews. It was all around a really great experience. We had some water damage from the storm in October that needed to get fixed, I was concerned there was mold growing and that it wouldn't be safe for my Family. Yevgeny came by that day to take a look at it, he explained what was going on and reassured me that our house was safe for our family. He spent about an hour looking at the issue and a few other things. He was so thorough and honest we decided to have him fix our issue.

Which was an excellent decision, he is a perfectionist and does incredible work. Not only that but he wants you to be happy and works with you to make sure that whatever he is doing meets your expectations. Not only that but he is kind, patient, and will take the time to answer your questions... no matter how many you have.

We will 100% hire him to do any work that is needed in the future.
