GE Richardson is a Tesla recommended PowerWall installer, you have to purchase the PowerWalls and Gateway from Tesla. George called me about a week after I uploaded pictures to his website and guided me through the installation process. The price George quoted included Cupertino city inspection and permits.

George gave me an installation date and called a day before to confirm. Dan, Scott, and Oscar completed the installation in 2.5 days. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Dan walked me through the PowerWall setup and patiently answered all my questions.

The installation looks good and we are very happy with the work done by GE Richardson.

Called GE Richardson electric this afternoon and the call didn't go as planned asked him how was he and for some reason he was rushing me because he had appointments, I was looking for install for powerwall Tesla which they recommended his shop. I told him I was trying to be a customer looking for a quote but just ended the call. Unfortunately he missed out on some business. Zero stars for customer service

Just completed Tesla charger installation in our garage. Work required a new high amperage wire to be run under the house and then some conduit work. George got the job organized during two very helpful and informative discussions by phone with me. Providing him with the materials he requested on his web site in advance greatly expedited the conversation and the planning process. Then Dan and Jesus showed up right on time on installation day and worked efficiently to complete the job. Both patiently answered my questions throughout the day, were extremely knowledgeable about Tesla chargers, were always respectful and highly professional. We definitely would go with G.E. Richardson again.

When I was managing property in Los Gatos some years ago, George was our go-to guy for everything electrical. He provided excellent service & advice to keep us safe and up-to-date. Recently I reached out to him on behalf of my 85-year-old sister who had a small but urgent problem with the electric base on her bed. The job was small, but that didn't bother George; he saw the need and sent two of his best to solve her problem the next morning. He's honest, sincere, talented & extremely reliable ... probably the best electrician in the whole county.

This is a revisit of the review I wrote for George Richardson Electric.

George called me and we discussed the billing I received for the 10 min work performed at my home.
George offered his apologies and a full refund.
Needless to mention, I refused his offer of refunding my monies, but accepted his apologies.
Oftentimes a good character supplants the dollar remuneration and after discussing his employees misunderstanding of George's direction together
with Georges eagerness to correct this situation.............
Speaks volumes to character.
George impressed me with his eagerness to correct my situation and used this incident as a learning tool for his employee, all the while accepting full responsibility as should the owner/manager of any business.
