Vlad came out to fix my A/C this morning. He arrived at the promised time and quickly diagnosed the problem and knew what caused the failure. Turned out my capacitor was the issue. He had the part in his van and changed it out. He was very knowledgeable as he answered all my questions about the unit. Pricing was transparent and he didn't try to up sell me anything. He also changed out the insulation around the pipe for free as my old one was cracking. As we were walking into the house to also check the furnace to make sure everything was properly running, he quickly heard a weird sound it was making and knew immediately what was causing it. I didn't even ask him to diagnosed it since I just wanted the A/C running again. But that was how professional he was. He said it wasn't something that needed to be fix now but gave me a quote on it when I was ready. He was also respectable and polite as he took off his shoes when walking into the house which I am extremely appreciate. I would definitely give them a call for my future HVAC needs. Vlad was great. Came the same day we called in spite of the heatwave. He went under our house and checked the ducts and condenser outside. He could have tried to sell us a bunch of solutions for problems we didn't have but he was straightforward and told it all looked fine and he hope our system would have a long life.

This company saved our butts! Middle of a heatwave. AC went out on a Sunday. They were the only company who would send someone out same day. The technician was awesome. He even helped us with an unrelated (non-AC) issue with a faucet we were having. He diagnosed our AC problem and was very fair on the pricing of the fix. We are so grateful to have found them. Would recommend very highly.

Fuse HVAC came to the rescue! Aleksandr was quick to reply to my SOS help request on here when my AC unit wouldn't start on what was going to be one of the hottest days of the year and I had guests arriving in a few hours. He came out and while the unit magically began to work when he arrived, he did do an analysis of the entire unit and told me what will need to be repaired in the near future. I am super grateful as this is something I will want to do before a heat wave comes to avoid an emergency again. Aleksandr was helpful and friendly and the service was quick. I would recommend Fuse HVAC for anyone looking for service.

Found out last night that our AC wasn't working and it was going to be 106 the next day. Heard back from Fuse within 10 minutes of requesting quote through yelp. Came out at 8am the next day and replaced capacitor in 10 minutes. Highly recommend
