FUSE HVAC did an amazing job installing my new DAIKIN heat pump. From the start, they made the whole process easy. The project team walked me through my options and helped me choose the best system for my home. The permit team took care of all the paperwork and city approvals, so I didn't have to worry about a thing.
Once everything was set, the installation crew got to work. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. They even cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. After the install, Fuse handled all the city inspections, and everything passed on the first try.
We passed the inspection with the cutest inspector from Fuse--Millie, the adorable dachshund, who checked everything and made sure the city inspector didn't miss a thing! So nice sausage installer!!!!
It's been a few months now, and I can already see the difference--my home is more comfortable, and my energy bills have dropped. I'm really happy I chose Fuse and wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Fuse has built a solid business out of trustworthy communication, honest work, and a high level of service. We needed to replace our ancient gas furnace, but we did not know what would make the most sense for our situation. Of the nearly ten quotes we received, Alex from Fuse was the only one who got out his ladder and ascended into our attic to evaluate whether a mini-split system would work, and he answered every question thoughtfully and thoroughly. (We ended up going with a ducted heat pump system.) Once we decided to work with Fuse, the installers told us they would need four days to complete the installation, and they arrived early and worked late every night (during Christmas week!) to make sure this happened. This included the heat pump and new ducting. Following the installation, Fuse's permit department worked with the city to get every test and inspection scheduled, going back and forth with our picky city department for almost two months. Every test and inspection passed the first time. Nearly three months in, everything is working flawlessly, and we've already seen a huge drop in our energy bill compared to the same time period last year.

I would not hesitate to hire Fuse again for a big job, and we will be reaching out to them for any maintenance in the future. Thank you, Fuse!

We called Fuse to repair an outlet, install grounded sockets and a few other tasks. Fuse answered our request very promptly, and Salva arrived promptly as arranged. He was very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I was truly delighted with our choice of company and hope to use Fuse in the future to help upgrade the original wiring in our 1953 home.

So wonderful! Slava arrived within the window, was so kind, and helped us promptly. We had a smart switch that was no longer working, and Slava was able to replace the switch and get our outdoor porch light working again. He was also able to fix another broken outlet that we had! Price was reasonable too. Would highly recommend!
