I had an issue with my Nest thermostat that required rewiring from the furnace to the thermostat on the wall. There was already two wires running to it but it needed a ground third wire. The technician arrived a little late but he did solve the problem. However, the cost was exorbitant. Granted he spent about an hour and a half tracing and reconnecting but to add a third wire from my garage furnace to my thermostat in my regular sunset house he charged what I thought to be a crazy amount. He basically ran a third wire to already installed wires so it was not a new connection. I had little choice and paid up. When I posted my review which echoed my concern I heard from Jason, one of their customer service reps. He contacted me as he said that he was disappointed that I did not feel that the service was up to my standard. After much too-ing and froing and continuous correspondences he offered me a discount. I felt he was doing this if I would alter my review but he said that was not the case as customer satisfaction was their prime concern. I was impressed with this response. We agreed on a discount and this changed my view on this company. If they are going to bother to reach out when the customer is dissatisfied and try to rectify their mistake they deserve my custom. I have now no hesitation in recommending this company due to their excellent customer service. I will use them again
