My 14-year-old fridge had been leaking on the floor for a few months. I had tried fixing it myself, but alas...requested help on Yelp, and Fuse came through. They performed a diagnostic and then came back after ordering a part. The technician was polite and didn't make me feel bad for having an older refrigerator. 1-year warranty on services performed. Good value ($75 diagnostic+2nd visit for repair= $400).

My mother's dryer was not blowing hot air and this was probably due to a blown fuse / heating element.

I reached out for them to come in and have a look and possibly order parts + repair , few hours later my mother called to inform me that they quoted her $600 for ""heating element"" replacement and they would run out and get parts right away.

I told my mother do not allow this repair and I called these guys immediately to ask what parts they are repairing that cost $600 ! That's almost a new dryer. The nice lady on the phone said she would contact the technician and request specific details.
She later called back and instead offer $575 for the repair . I told her this is way too much for a dryer heating element repair. The part itself is no more than $20-70max .
She said she would call back again after speaking to the technician regarding the parts and repair involved that would justify the $600 quote.
I haven't heard back from them, it's been 3 days.

Cant believe these guys tried to charge my old lady $600.


I called General HVAC instead and they are doing the repairs now for $275 !

Second time using Fuse and again it was a great experience. The first time was in 2022 and we had some gfci outlets installed. The two guys working did such a good clean job with the crawl space wiring and advice and everything . I hired FUSE again recently to help me with a security camera electrical issue. They solved the problem and went above and beyond. The electrician's name was Sam. Couldn't recommend them enough. If I ever have an electrical problem I know i will call Fuse to assist.

Low voltage LED strips in our kitchen had stopped working. Fuse responded within minutes, came the next morning, and did thorough diagnosis to get to the heart of the issue. The electrician, Sam, then quickly and expertly fixed the problem, cleaned up the whole space, and left us extremely satisfied. Great service, and great value. I would definitely use them again for any electrical issues.

Alex diagnosed and repaired our SubZero Freezer Inverter Board and Control Board. He diagnosed the issue on a Sunday afternoon. He ordered the parts and completed the repair by Monday evening. His attention to detail and desire to satisfy the customer was high. Excellent service and value.

Fuse HVAC & Electrical installed 4 Mitsubishi splits 2 years ago in my home. Their work is meticulous, the units were installed in 2022 & they've been serviced once a year. They clean the filters & check the units, inside & out. They're always on time, Alex & the team are professional & I'm happy to be able to control the temperature throughout my home according to everyone's preferences. Worth every penny !
