Had a leaking fridge and your tech, Sam, came by the same day and diagnosed the problem. He had to order the water valve and promised it by Friday of that week. He came back on Thursday with the part and finished the repair. He was VERY professional and knowlegable of the problem and I will refer your company to anyone who asks me for a referal. I am a (retired) Home Inspector and still get asked about my ""sub list"" quite often. You guys are #1 on my list now!

Our dryer literally died. No power all. The ever so amiable technician, Sam came by and diagnosed our problem as requiring a new motor but he couldn't guarantee that there wouldn't be additional issues after installation. The motor definitely had the dryer running but then we noticed that the timer no longer worked. The part was immediately ordered and Sam returned with a new timer. Problem solved by this awesome technician. Definitely service with a smile, timeliness and efficiency. Thank you, Sam. It was a pleasure working with you.

I contacted Fuse when I had a loud noise on the spin cycle. Sam quickly came to the house almost same day. The communication for the appointment and arrival was great and he arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem. If he had the part he could have repaired. Once it was in he returned and the washing machine works perfectly. The trip/diagnosis charge was deducted from the final repair. I would highly recommend.

Although they didn't get the message that I cancelled the order they came and I had to tell them I had goven the fridge away and bought a new one ( everyhing was getting past savimg) .
