I used Yelp's project feature to get connected with companies in the area that could install my electric vehicle charger. Given my service panel is small, the suggested work from all companies that responded was to replace the entire panel with a larger one - a scope of work well above the simple charger install I was hoping for.

Fuse was by far the most responsive, detailed, and professional overall in their messages with me. I felt comfortable and taken care of when I asked if there was any way to install the charger without needing to replace the panel. Nick B. offered to come by and take a look. It took less than 10 minutes of my time for him to evaluate the panel and charger and come up with a plan to make it happen. A week later it was installed at a much better price than the quotes I received for a full panel replacement.

Without using Yelp's project feature, I would have never thought to contact Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair for an EV charger install. I'm so glad I got connected with them for this project and I highly recommend others consider them for EV charger installs as well as all the other types of work they offer.

Really like these guys. Had some problems with my Miele washing machine not draining. Alex came out right on schedule and gave it a full eval next day. Was happy to do the repairs but was unable to get the right part due to age of my machine. I ended up ordering a replacement washer from an appliance dealer instead of doing a repair. They were efficient, thorough, and great communicators. Felt like I was dealing with an honest repair person and I appreciate that! If I have appliance repair needs in the future I will use them again.

Had a leaking fridge and your tech, Sam, came by the same day and diagnosed the problem. He had to order the water valve and promised it by Friday of that week. He came back on Thursday with the part and finished the repair. He was VERY professional and knowlegable of the problem and I will refer your company to anyone who asks me for a referal. I am a (retired) Home Inspector and still get asked about my ""sub list"" quite often. You guys are #1 on my list now!

Our dryer literally died. No power all. The ever so amiable technician, Sam came by and diagnosed our problem as requiring a new motor but he couldn't guarantee that there wouldn't be additional issues after installation. The motor definitely had the dryer running but then we noticed that the timer no longer worked. The part was immediately ordered and Sam returned with a new timer. Problem solved by this awesome technician. Definitely service with a smile, timeliness and efficiency. Thank you, Sam. It was a pleasure working with you.
