He was terrific. Responded to my request almost immediately, showed up at the exact time he said he would, and explained the problem so we could understand it and even recommended that we not fix the problem but get a new refrigerator instead, which we did, leaving him out a fair amount of money. And then his bill was stunningly inexpensive. Before he left, he and my wife and I had a pleasant conversation about Kiev, where he is from and which my wife visited every summer when she was younger. So not only did he quickly and inexpensively identify the problem and offer us a solution that meant less money for money, he is a really nice person.

Nick was easy to work with and very communicative. He responded to my Yelp inquiry within an hour, and it was a Sunday! Scheduled for two days later, showed up within the schedule window, got the job done and charged me what he quoted. Our washer was a bit of a tricky one but he figured it out.
