Excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Nick, the owner, was nice, responsive and came out to give me an estimate to install a charging station for my new car, as well as adding a docking drawer outlet (becomes a more complex job when you don't do it during a remodel/new build), plus adding lighting to a display. We scheduled the work day (he helped advise what amp equipment I needed to purchase for the charger which was so helpful), and the whole experience went like clockwork. Couldn't be more pleased with Nick and his team. Love these guys.

I had an exceptional experience with Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair based in Pacific Grove, that services the Monterey Peninsula and I cannot recommend them highly enough! During Christmas week, I encountered a temperature issue with my Sub Zero refrigerator that had me worried--it was running dangerously close to the red line on my thermometers, likely due to recent power outages. After reaching out to several refrigerator repair companies, most of whom were unavailable, Andrew Kniazhev from Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair responded promptly and professionally, thankfully scheduling a same-day service. His colleague, Sam Sorokin arrived right on time and was equally professional and courteous. Clearly an expert in this field, Sam quickly diagnosed the problem, performed the necessary work on the refrigerator, and resolved the issue--all within the $99 diagnostic fee, which was a pleasant surprise. His expertise and efficiency meant no additional visits or parts were needed, although I would have been more than happy to continue working with this outstanding team if required. Andrew at Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair even followed up afterward to ensure the refrigerator was maintaining a normal temperature, which it has been. I was so grateful not to have to throw out additional food like I had with the recent power failures! Beyond their incredible service, I learned that they also offer a wide range of repair and installation services for A/C units, kitchen appliances, washer/dryers, heat pumps, furnaces, electrical systems, and much more. As a part of a network franchise with a Ukrainian owner and staff, their dedication and professionalism truly stand out. I see they've received many other positive reviews and I'm not surprised. It's truly a pleasure to experience outstanding customer service again with this company that is owned by Mykola Beschasnyi. I'm thoroughly impressed with my experience and wholeheartedly recommend Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair to anyone in need--don't hesitate to check them out!

I have twice requested to speak with a Supervisor or Manager regarding a recent service call and have not received a response. I have questions about the technician's inspection and I want to see their report (I never got one) which I have paid for. Their failure to respond is unacceptable.

workers arrived on time and complete the job replacing my wall gas heater even though we did not have any electricity, I was afraid they would have to reschedule but they managed to it it completed, they did leave handprints on the walls and wall shavings as well as dust bunnies but with no electricity to see I was happy to clean up their mess and thankful they were able to complete the project. my only disappointment was they checked the old aged thermostat and it worked so they didn't offer to replace it, I would have ran down to the store and pick one up if I had realized it was in their job description. my husband tried to do it after they left but couldn't figure it out,as I said it was an old thermostat and the color of the old wires don't match up with what the new one had, I just wish they would have told me they could replace it but everything else was great and I highly recommend the Fuse HAVAC company

Had these guys come out and install my NEST thermostats which ended up being a bit more difficult than I expected. I had Ben and Nick come out and both guys are top notch! They know what they are doing - very detailed oriented and truly take pride in their work. I had some complex issue which required them to come out second time - they worked on the issue until it was resolved and thermostat is working. Nothing but ***** starts. Can not complement them enough. Use them and you will not regret it.
